ACCESSIBILITY
As the apartment is on the second floor there are some stairs that need to be climbed to access the apartment, so please bear this in mind before booking.
Living Room
The open plan living/dining room is light and airy and enjoys lovely uninterrupted views across Brixham harbour.
The living room has a nautical theme, with lighthouse and boat floor lamps and many other nautical items and pictures from local artists.
There is a three seater sofa, coffee table and wall uplighters.
Entertainment is provided by a 32″ Smart TV with Freeview and Bluray/DVD player.
A bluetooth speaker is provided which can be used to stream music from a smartphone or tablet.
Bedroom
Stunning views across Brixham harbour.
The bedroom continues the nautical theme, with ships mirrors and pictures from local artists.
Double bed with matching bedside cabinets and five drawer unit, double built in wardrobe with plenty of hanging space. Also provided are an ironing board, iron, clothes horse and hairdryer.
The alarm clock also has a USB connection to allow charging of smartphones and tablets.
