Leave ReviewWell appointed and quaint
By Neil Hoare on 02-Jun-2025Andrew is an attentive and generous host. The cottage is a short walk from the village centre with pubs and cafes galore. It is well appointed and quaint even down to the rose covered walls and the stream in the garden. Very impressive base for the Cotswolds highlights. Steam railways, stately homes and beautiful villages. We recommend the Slaughters. Less well known than Bourton on the water but just a pretty and much quieter for a lunch with a bucolic background. Thanks for everything Andrew. The cake went down a treat. Hope to catch up with you at Lords sometime.

Clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed.
By I LEIGH on 29-May-2025We enjoyed our stay at Lower Mill 1. It was very clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. We were glad to have off road parking which is rare in the Cotswolds. For us it was in an excellent location with an easy 10 minute walk to the centre of Broadway. We were greeted by a lovely cake and a pint of milk to start our stay on a positive note. Andrew was a very attentive and helpful host, anxious to ensure we made the most of our visit. We would definitely stay here again.

The cottage has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
By Robert Heaton on 12-Jun-2025The cottage has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is perfectly located a short walk away from Broadway with a pretty back garden. Andrew is the most wonderful host. We couldn't wish for better. He showed us through the cottage on our arrival and was most helpful on several occasions when we needed assistance. We thoroughly recommend this accommodation. Thank you so much Andrew.
