Description
River Breeze is Back! Fully renovated and refurbed March 2023 and ready to welcome you!Our 3 bedroom River Breeze is located just off the main river in a small Marina. Its’ quiet and tranquil location is a perfect spot to get into the quieter waters with your own boat, kayak or paddle board from our slipway on the marina and fishing is possible directly from your garden! (in season, rod permit required).
With the train station less than half a mile away you can visit Norwich for shopping, sightseeing and history or Great Yarmouth for an ice-cream on the beach and the Pleasure beach.
Boat & paddleboard hire is available locally – pre booking is advised.
Exploring the countryside and coastline is easy by car with quaint towns and villages close by. With lots to do in the area, you won’t be disappointed. Please see our information page for many other local attractions.

Fish bait fridge and 4 x recliner sun loungers.
Private quay headed mooring.
Private Parking x 2 car – additional parking is available in the car park free of charge to residents – please request.
Electricity, bed linen and Wi-Fi included.
Hand and bath towels provided for number of guests staying.
Also provided are tea towels, J cloth, sponge, washing up liquid, antibac, handwash, dishwasher tablets and a starter kitchen & toilet roll.
Cot and highchair by request.
Dog friendly – £30 per pet.
Please note that there is unfenced deep water at the end of the garden.

A great holiday

By Julia on 21-Jun-2023This hidden gem was booked last minute by me for my family. The process was slick and from the point of booking the details were thorough. Tina sent email details of arrival information and was there when we arrived. The lodge was beautiful. Modern and comfortable.The decor is simple and has everything provided that you need for your stay. Cupboards are stocked with utensils. It had a washer dryer as well as a dishwasher. My father and husband fished from the decking area which they loved and managed to catch quite a few fish. We walked to the pub at the top of the road and had a great steak and chips as well as sampling the cakes and coffees at the marina. Loved our stay and definitely would book again.
