Description
The Beach Haven is a luxury, dog friendly, holiday cottage in the seaside town of Bude (Cornwall). Ideally situated just ten minutes stroll to the beaches, National Trust clifftops and town centre.In addition to the well-appointed interior, there is a lovely, mature, tree-lined garden and a sun-trap decking area. Sleeping up to eight people plus a cot (but priced for four persons out of the main season) the Beach Haven is perfect for multi generation family gatherings or for a couple of families wanting to take a holiday together and benefit from reduced costs.
Being a bungalow, The Beach Haven is ideally suited for the elderly or disabled and we can also organise the hire of a Mobility Scooter ready for your arrival if desired. There is space on the drive for two cars.

By JC on 05-Oct-2025We had a fantastic week at Beach Haven. The cottage was exactly as per the description and photos online with the garden being completely secure. Only a 10 minute walk down to Crooklets beach too. It was perfect for us (4 adults and 3 dogs), very well equipped and the welcome pack with scones was a lovely surprise. We also met the owners who are really friendly and checked in with us to ensure everything was okay. I cannot think of anything that was “missing” to ensure a perfect stay. We would happily rebook Beach Haven on future trips to Bude. We would highly recommend you stay here.

Bude is the most beautiful town , it is an important part of my wife's life due to having family ties there,being close to the beaches was important and beach haven is walking distance to crooklets
We have now been staying at The Beach Haven for 9 years!
By JM on 03-Aug-2025We have now been staying at The Beach Haven for 9 years. We're a multi generational family with a wheelchair user and dogs. Everyone wants to come back next year. This includes a Grandson who is 21 and another Grandson who is 17. !!! It works for us as a family and allows us to make amazing memories. It's so good to have family time together. We don't use our cars a lot. We do hire a mobility scooter. Tim and Maria are very accommodating hosts. Maria's cakes and scones are absolutely delicious. Everything you need is provided. We're looking forward to another stay next

By KL on 19-Jul-2025Thank you Beach Haven for a lovely week. The house is lovely and the kitchen is very well appointed. The weather has been changeable and so we have made very good use of the facilities. The dogs were made very welcome with water bowls provided and a select area of the garden for them. We had lovely trips into Bude, Clovelly and Launceston. Sainsbury’s is a 5 minute drive away for any shopping needed, the Crooklets Beach cafe was brilliant for breakfast and stunning views. I can’t recommend the Beach Haven enough! We will definitely be returning!

By BG on 09-May-2025Lovely spacious bungalow in a quiet location but not far away from Bude centre or beaches. Sun trap garden to relax in during the afternoons. Well stocked with everything you'll need to enjoy your break whatever the weather.
Wonderful
By FA on 04-May-2025Wonderful. Spacious house in quiet close, yet easy walk into town or to the beach. Nice back garden to hang out in. Well stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay again if in the area. Just didn't understand the instructions on unlocking/locking the shed as it did not seem to have any way of locking it from outside.
