Number 15 is a superbly presented contemporary cottage in the heart of Bude! This newly refurbished character holiday cottage has been finished to an extremely high standard and is in such a convenient location for the town, beach, canal and all amenities – just park up, relax and enjoy your holiday in Bude! Located next to Bude Canal and just a 5 minute walk from both the town centre and Bude’s fabulous Summerleaze Beach.

This cottage offers a luxurious spacious accommodation with 5 bedrooms all with en-suite shower/bath rooms and comfortably sleeps 10 people. The bright sunny open plan kitchen/living and dining area to the rear of the property overlooks the private fully enclosed garden which is a perfect sun trap! Its sizeable patio area make for some great outdoor living, with a range of outdoor furniture including table tennis and a charcoal BBQ along with an outside shower.

The modern kitchen is well appointed with two Neff ovens, hob, fridge, dishwasher and microwave along with a small freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and separate toilet in the utility room.

There are two further reception rooms, one offers a snug sofa along with a TV and the other a quiet seating area.

The five bedrooms are arranged with three king size rooms and two twin rooms (which are zip-linkable to a king size bed on request).

Number 15 has its own off-road parking area for 3-4 cars which is located to the rear of the property.

There is not much that Bude can’t offer visitors, with it’s glorious coastline, excellent amenities and so much to see and do, it’s the perfect base for a family holiday!

We allow a maximum of 2 dogs to stay with you however please note that there is a £35.00 charge per dog per stay.

The facilities available at the property were excellent, especially the little extras like a buggy to transport kit for beach was a nice touch and well received. The ability to park 3 cars at the property was unusual for a town centre location, which was appreciated Disliked The inability to adjust the temperature of the property was a bug bear. The house manual was clear that no attempt to adjust it should be made. Consequently we didn''t but it did make our stay less comfortable. It also didn''t feel right to open doors to cool the place down, but that''s what was necessary at times.

Has everything and more than expected. It definitely had the Wow factor. Would go back with a drop of the hat. The best Airbnb we have stayed at so far. Thank you.

We had a great stay- 3 generations of family, but plenty of space for everyone. Each bedroom having its own en suite bathroom was a real bonus, as was the outside shower for cleaning off the sand on return from the beach, the garden games, and pool table. The house was very well stocked in terms of kitchen equipment and loo roll etc, and the welcome basket complete with homemade cake, chocolate, tea, shortbread and juice was particularly generous . The location of the house is great - easy walking distance from the main town beach (Summerleaze), the canal shops and pubs, and the town itself. Overall a great stay and we would definitely stay again
