Little Northcott is a beautiful four-bedroom property tucked away in a secluded corner of our working farm in the valley of Northcott. Perfect for large families or two families holidaying together, the property has spacious living accommodation for up to eight people. Little Northcott also has a large private enclosed garden with raised patio with luxury hot tub. Stylish and contemporary, Little Northcott is only a 15 minute walk from the dog-friendly beach of Northcott Mouth and the Cornish Coast Path, and two miles from the popular seaside resort of Bude, with its wealth of activities, restaurants and pubs (the local village pub is only half a mile away.)

Take the children to meet the cows, pigs, Bubbles and Tiny Tim the ponies, Rosie the donkey, Bella the horse and Milly the goat who are all residents at Northcott Farm.

Guests staying at Little Northcott are welcome to use all the facilities at Court Farm, Marhamchurch (4.5 miles away). The swimming pool is available to Northcott Farm guests between midday and 3pm during peak season and school holidays to avoid overcrowding.


Ground Floor: Little Northcott is accessed from a garden path with steps to its front door, or a ramped pathway leading around to its side door. Upon entering the house you have the open plan lounge and dining room at the front of the property which provide panoramic views over our farmland out to the coast. At the rear or the house, there is a spacious double bedroom with king-sized bedstead and en-suite shower room, featuring walk-in shower and wc; in the middle of the house, 1 twin bedroom next door to the luxury family bathroom with whirlpool bath and separate shower; fully equipped kitchen; utility room, leading to back door out to the raised patio with outdoor dining furniture; sun loungers and luxury six-person hot tub. The house is surrounded by its enclosed gardens with a selection of children’s outdoor play equipment.

First Floor: Stairs lead from the entrance hallway up to another spacious double bedroom with king-sized bed, velux windows which let in extra light and views, and en-suite shower room with walk-in raindrop shower; across the small landing there is also a large twin bedroom overlooking the side garden

Access statement: The house is suitable for wheelchair users with its ramped access and there are two bedrooms on the ground floor along with a family bathroom and communal areas.

Up too 2 well behaved dogs are welcome for an extra fee of £20/dog and guests are asked to bring their dog baskets or cages to lie in when in the house .
