Sensitively renovated, Court Farmhouse has retained many of its original features while offering you all the modern conveniences you could need to relax and enjoy your stay.
Spacious and comfortable, the accommodation features six bedrooms accommodating up to 12 people. Situated at the heart of the Court Farm complex, and at the heart of the village, the farmhouse has its own private garden with patio area and from the first floor enjoys spectacular views over the village to the coast, only a few miles away – the perfect place to gather all your nearest and dearest together under one roof for a magical holiday.
Layout
Ground Floor; Entrance porch with room for coats, wellies and buggies, internal door with step down to small hallway leading off to the spacious lounge with woodburner and deep set sofas and dining room with large dining table to seat also featuring a wood burner. 2 steps lead down to the fully equipped kitchen with double range and larder fridge-freezer specifically with large groups in mind.
First Floor, the entrance staircase leads up to a long landing, at one end the large master bedroom with a private bathroom with an over-bath shower, both set slightly away from all the other bedrooms with a vaulted ceiling, king-sized iron bedstead, room for a cot, plus wall-mounted smart TV. The bathroom can either be shared with other guests or kept as a private bathroom. There are an additional two double en-suite bedrooms with king-sized beds and room for a cot; three twin bedrooms – (two en-suite with zip and link beds which can be transformed to super kings by prior request) each also with room for a cot, plus a second family bathroom with over-bath shower.
If you are a larger group than 12 then take a look at our other properties at Court Farm, our courtyard barns for example are right next door and have 2-3 bedrooms, a popular combination with still enough room in the farmhouse to all get together to entertain.

By Jo Campbell on 01-Aug-2024We were a large family booking staying in the farmhouse cottage: it was excellent and cannot fault anything, from the cleanliness to the abundance of dishes, everything and more than you could use. We had amazing time and the children loved the pool, feeding the animals, playing in the park and their sense of freedom in such a safe environment. A perfect place for a family get together!
By Pippin1960 on 29-Jun-2025What an amazing find - we spent a fabulous week in the 6 Bedroom Farmhouse at Marhamchurch, near Bude and it was absolutely perfect! From the start to the finish, we couldn't have asked for anything else. The staff were lovely, and extremely helpful, and everything in the house was of a really high standard. So where to start - The house has a large comfortable Sitting room with TV and games, a very large dining room with a HUGE 12 seater table. The Kitchen was equally well equipped, with a huge cooker, loads of pots, pans, crockery (ALL matching), 2 four slice toaster, 2 large kettles, a large American style fridge freezer - everything we needed! Upstair the 6 Bedroom had the most comfortable mattresses we have been in, each room had an en-suite or s separate bathroom so no issues all getting ready in the morning. Outside we had a nice garden with sun-loungers, another huge picnic table and close by was the pool, a play park and animals we were encouraged to pet and feed! In a nutshell - it had everything we needed for a large family get together, and in an area where we could either walk into Bude along the canal path, or explore the wonderful Cornwall coast! We will be back!!!
