Description
Idyllically situated on a 200-acre clifftop working National Trust farm which stretches from the breathtaking cliffs at Beeny to the surfing beach of Crackington Haven, Trevigue is a stylish holiday cottage in North Cornwall radiating heart and soul.Hunkered down a winding country lane alive with wildflowers, Trevigue is a very special holiday cottage sleeping six guests (plus 1 baby) and will create the type of Cornish holiday where treasured memories are made. This cottage is remote, not overlooked and extremely private with its own drive and only a 20 minute walk or a few minutes drive to the lovely Crackington Haven with 2 cafes and a pub.
Lovingly restored with beautiful furniture, Ercol beds, vi-spring and hypnos beds make it a very special cottage to create incredible holiday memories. The large farmhouse kitchen has a large oak table perfect for lingering breakfasts or card and board game evenings! The main sitting room has a super squidgy chaise sofa purchased from an incredibly chic local shop from Jo and Co. There is a Jotul wood burning fire here. The middle sitting room is super cosy and ideal for quiet reading or soaking in the mesmerising inland views. if you wake up early enough you can witness the most incredible sunrises! Wander out to the cliffs in the evening which is literally a few minutes walk and experience stunning sunsets.
We are organic farmers and the cottage is situated in land teaming with wildflowers and wildlife. The best location for walking from your doorstep. The nearly private Strangles beach is a short stroll over the cliffs via an enchanting footpath.

Trevigue cottage
By Danny and Cat on 21-Jun-2025Trevigue is a very special place. The house is comfortable, well equipped and has great decor (so many nice lamps...and books!). The view over the valley is beautiful and there are stunning walks literally on the doorstep. And great wildlife too (an array of birds, bats foxes, and we even saw a slow worm on the cliff). Gayle and Henry were responsive, helpful and gave us a warm welcome. We can't wait to come back!

By Susan on 30-Nov-2024Had a wonderful stay at the cosy cottage this half term. The cottage is surrounded by beautiful countryside and we enjoyed hearing the mooing of the farms cows and walking down to Crackington Haven on the coast path, where there is a lovely beach, couple of cafes and pub. The cottage itself is lovely with sumptuous furnishings and it really has a lovely feel with fresh autumnal flowers and homemade flapjack. Has everything you need for a family hols. Thanks to Gayle and Henry for the warm welcome!
Trevigue cottage
By Anika on 31-Oct-2024The place is really a special place. The furnishings are not only high quality and equipped with everything but also warm and lovingly designed. The location is unbeatable for those who love nature. Despite the direct location next to the farm of Gayle and her family, it feels very private and due to the secluded location it is good to know that someone is nearby. The view from the windows facing east is beautiful, especially at sunrise! The walks that are possible directly from the house are also a dream and in nice weather you can experience wonderful evening moods here. In bad weather, you can make yourself very comfortable on the sofa in front of the stove. There are also many excursions you can take from Crackington Haven. An all-around great place that we can more than recommend.

By Bee on 29-Sep-2024Beautiful spot in such a peaceful area. We slept well and enjoyed the cosy, stylish farmhouse! There is a 5-minute walk to some of the most beautiful sunsets we’ve ever seen! Perfect getaway to recharge; I sadly had to do a bit of work and can confirm the WiFi works great! Thanks so much for having us!
Trevigue cottage
By Erin on 31-Jul-2024We have been visiting Trevigue cottage for 20 years and it is one of the most special places in the world we have been to. Most recently we stayed for a fortnight with our 2 young children and felt right at home in the lovely cottage, hosted ever so thoughtfully by the Crocker family. It’s well equipped with everything you’d need and more, is impeccably clean, and provides a peaceful sanctuary to explore the area’s natural beauty. We can’t wait to return again next summer.
