Hoppers Barn at Dunsdon Farm is an amazing reverse-level luxury conversion with 3 bedrooms (one ensuite) and 2 bathrooms; it sleeps 6 and is pet-friendly. It's a non-working Victorian farm, set amid peaceful countryside, with 30 acres of woodland and meadow, which are now managed as a private nature reserve. The barn's beautifully landscaped garden, including firepit and Big Green Egg barbecue, is designed with families in mind. EV charger available free of charge after 7pm. We're only 20 minutes’ drive from the surfing resort of Bude, with its acclaimed beaches, restaurants and walks along one of the most dramatic stretches of the South West Coast Path. There are good nature walks from the farm gate, with Dunsdon National Nature Reserve a two-minute walk away and the Bude Aqueduct at a similar distance. Bude is the main local attraction for visitors, with a large range of beach cafes, independent shops and restaurants and surfing amenities. Here you can also walk some of the most dramatic stretches of the South West Coast Path. There are plenty of family-friendly pubs nearby as well as two outstanding places to eat within a 30-minute drive: the Farmers Arms in Woolsery and Pattard Restaurant in Hartland, a winner of Best Restaurant in the South West. Further afield into Cornwall is the Eden Project, which is around an hour and a quarter's drive away.

Downstairs are the three bedrooms: one double with ensuite bathroom, one twin-bedded room and one with a superking bed, which can be made up as twin beds instead if required. The main bathroom is also on this level. Upstairs is a magnificent open-plan area with well-equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge area with smart TV, and a door to the newly landscaped garden with fire pit and barbecue.

There's an EV charger which is free for guests to use after 7pm. The garden has a Big Green Egg barbecue which is perfect for family gatherings. The kitchen comes equipped with all the usual conveniences, including a bean-to-cup coffee machine for barista-style drinks.

Dunsdon Farm is a 15-minute drive from the market town of Holsworthy. There is a key safe in the porch of Hoppers Barn.
