Quiet and peaceful, Mill House offers charming, spacious accommodation over three floors with spectacular views over the countryside and nearby coast. Perfectly positioned to take advantage of everything Court Farm has to offer, Mill House is located in a secluded corner of our enclosed courtyard and is just a stone’s throw from the heated indoor swimming pool. It’s the perfect base to explore the surrounding area or just relax and enjoy all the superb on-site facilities. From feeding the animals to cycling, swimming or taking some well-deserved time to yourself at the on-site spa, Mill House is the ideal place to spend an unforgettable holiday, near Bude In Cornwall.Layout
Ground floor: Entrance Hall with door leading to the fully equipped kitchen with dining table flowing through to its lounge overlooking the swimming pool with Widescreen TV, coffee table chest with a selection of books & magazines.
First floor: Large master bedroom with a king-sized bed, (room for a cot) with fantastic views out over our facilities and our farmland out to the coast, has a smart TV; family bathroom next-door with over-bath shower
Second floor: stairs leading up to the twin bedroom (with zip and link twin beds that can be converted to a Super King Sized Bed by prior request) and single room, both with room for a cot, slanted ceilings with Velux windows and blackout blinds

By Nikki on 01-Aug-2025Following our second visit to Court Farm, this time with a teenager. We stayed in Millhouse Barn, which was clean, modern, and a well equipped cottage for all our needs. The swimming pool, tennis courts, games room, and mini park and farm are all wonderful standard extras, as well as being able to borrow things such as bucket and spades, wellies, bodyguards etc The biscuits are a lovely touch from the local village shop. They stock everything you'll ever need and so friendly and welcoming. Across the road is the Bullers Arms which has various food trucks throughout the week. You are 40 minute walk from Bude town and amenities, but a lovely walk along the canal. There is also a cycle path, but we haven't rake that before. This year they are doing park and ride as an option to driving to town too. Great place and base with do much to do nearby!
