Layout
Ground floor: The front door leads into a small entrance hallway which leads to the lounge with Woodburner, large comfy sofas to sink into and watch a film on the flatscreen TV; the fully equipped kitchen has all integrated appliances and leads through an archway into the dining room with double doors taking you out to the patio area. There is also an additional TV/playroom, utility room & WC.
In the totally private and enclosed garden, there is a luxury 6-person hot tub
First floor: Stairs lead up to the master bedroom with a king-sized bed with flat-screen smart TV and en-suite shower room/WC; two twin bedrooms (each with zip and link twin beds that can be converted to a Super King Sized Bed by prior request) also with blackout blinds; family bathroom with over-bath raindrop shower
