With a spacious, stylish and contemporary interior, the house offers everything you could wish to enjoy a stress-free holiday, including superb features such as its own enclosed private garden with a luxury six-person hot tub, wood burner, TV/play room and separate utility room. The popular seaside resort of Bude, with its stunning beaches, is just a few miles away or you can enjoy the many superb on-site facilities available at Court Farm, such as the indoor heated pool and spa treatments. Mulberry is the perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy an unforgettable holiday.
Layout
Ground floor: The front door leads into a small entrance hallway which leads to the lounge with Woodburner, large comfy sofas to sink into and watch a film on the flatscreen TV; the fully equipped kitchen has all integrated appliances and leads through an archway into the dining room with double doors taking you out to the patio area. There is also an additional TV/playroom, utility room & WC.
In the totally private and enclosed garden, there is a luxury 6-person hot tub
First floor: Stairs lead up to the master bedroom with a king-sized bed with flat-screen smart TV and en-suite shower room/WC; two twin bedrooms (each with zip and link twin beds that can be converted to a Super King Sized Bed by prior request) also with blackout blinds; family bathroom with over-bath raindrop shower

We enjoyed a brilliant last minute long weekend break staying in Mulberry Cottage and the house was amazing for us as a family of 5. Having an enclosed garden was perfect for the kids, they loved the hot tub and it was really handy having things like bed guards etc for their beds to use. The facilities at Court Farm were brilliant, we loved having a 45 minute pool slot each day to use and the kids also loved visiting the animals and playing in the play park area.
