The House – About Duke’s LodgeBeautifully renovated to the highest standards of comfort in a countryside setting, away from other properties with large private gardens. Duke’s Lodge combines all the modern-day must-haves with a characterful nod to the property’s farming heritage.

The two living rooms and all the bedrooms have a Smart TV with Netflix and an entertainment package.
All bedrooms have Super King-size ‘zip & link’ 6ft beds (made up as twins on request) and en-suite facilities.
The characterfully decorated first floor bedrooms are all accessed by 2 independent staircases. There is also a ground floor bedroom adapted for guests with limited mobility.

Lovely big rooms all with en-suites, two living spaces, so we could split the board gamers from the rugby watchers. Great kitchen and indoor outdoor flow for bbqing. Stunning countryside location for morning walks!
Great group house
By James O'callahan on 13-May-2024Our group of 13 had a perfect stay here. The hosts are friendly and responsive. The house is large and different groups were able to do their own things at times. I have never stayed somewhere with such a well equipped kitchen, including actually sharp knives! The rooms are well sized and all ensuite. The hot-tub was perfect after a day exploring Norfolk. We tried out both the pizza oven and bbq with success.
easily one of the best stays

The house is amazing, from the general decor/furniture and themed rooms to the completeness and quality of the amenities. We particularly appreciated the fact that all bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom (toilet + shower), the fact that the kitchen is very well equipped with lots of machines and all the utensils you could ever need, the fact that equipment and furniture are of high quality/spec, the large and beautifully kept garden and outdoor spaces, and the way the house comes together really well and is held together by meticulous and tasteful interior design. We should also mention that the hosts are amazingly helpful and responsive and went out of their way to make sure we had the best stay possible. Overall, whichever way we look at it, we simply cannot fault the Duke's Lodge, and every single guest gave it a solid 5 out of
Wonderful Stay
By Mel Rudely-Coleman on 25-Nov-0024A wonderful stay at this fantastic property for 12 friends to chill, relax and catch up before the xmas rush! We all loved this beautiful home from home and have rebooked already for next year. Every bedroom was lovely so no-one felt they were getting a lesser room as many holiday accommodation tends to have. The kitchen and dining room were brilliant and a great space for some drinks, food and kareoke! The hot tub was a welcome addition. Nothing to fault at all. Thank you so much Bobbie and Simon.
NEW YEAR

Wifi worked well throughout, any issues were resolved and the house was well stocked with all equipment required. Great layout and lots of space to keep the kids entertained, including a games room and hot tub. Thanks to Bobbie and Alice for accommodating at short notice.
Amazing Place
By Dilly Rich on 31-Oct-2024What an amazing place to stay for a family holiday! Dukes Lodge has absolutely everything that you could wish for, plus a whole lot more! The house is decorated beautifully with top quality fixtures and fittings, from the gorgeous heavy curtains, through the beds and bedding to the luxurious towel and bathrobes., absolutely everything is top quality. The amazing kitchen space with the enormous table is fabulous for whole family meals together, playing games or just chilling out. I cannot say enough how much we enjoyed staying here, the house, the owners, the surroundings - everything is just great, we couldn't have asked for more, even the weather was beautiful!
