Little Summer is located in the picturesque Georgian village of Burnham Market in an area of outstanding natural beauty. A mere 2 miles away is the stunning North Norfolk Coast with it's myriad of beautiful walks and water sporting opportunities.
Little Summer welcomes one well behaved dog and offers an 8% rate reduction for 7 night stays and 12% when there are just 2 guests. Changeover days are on a Friday or a Monday but outside of peak season do enquire as greater flexibility can be offered. Short breaks of 3 or 4 days are available throughout the year. Linen and towels are provided.

Little Summer offers spacious and comfortable accommodation.
Downstairs is predominantly open plan and includes a south facing 18' garden room with part glazed/part tiled roof and double doors that open out onto the patio.
There is a cosy sitting room with 2 sofas and smart TV. The house benefits from fast fibre wi-fi.
A separate dining area follows through into the spacious kitchen which accommodates dishwasher, combi-microwave, a cooker and large fridge freezer. There is a downstairs bathroom with toilet and bath. A washing machine is available for guest use.
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms plus a shower room with toilet.
The master bedroom comprises king size bed, fitted cupboards and large picture window with beautiful views over the garden and fields beyond.
The twin bedded room also has a large window overlooking the garden, a small wardrobe and fitted cupboard.
The third bedroom has a 4ft bed, chest of drawers & hanging space.

The large sunny and enclosed south facing garden backs directly on to sweeping fields. Enjoy the views from the patio or a sundowner at the bottom of the garden. A gate at the bottom of the garden gives access to the footpaths across the fields. There is plenty of garden furniture and a spacious patio for al fresco dining including a Weber style barbecue. Both croquet and boules are available for guest use, otherwise just relax on the sun loungers.

Little Summer is set well back from the road and hence is very peaceful and has ample off road parking. If you wish to bring your bicycles, there is a shed available to house them.

Little Summer is a 2 minute stroll from the village green and two of North Norfolk's finest hostelries, The Hoste and No. Twenty9. Burnham Market can also boast a local butcher, bakery, fishmonger, post office and grocer as well as boutiques, art galleries and an amazing hat shop.

If you wish to leave the car behind just jump on the Coast Hopper bus from the village green and visit all the coastal towns from Hunstanton to Wells-next-the-Sea and then on to the characterful seaside town of Cromer or the historic port of Kings Lynn.

North Norfolk is noted for its miles of sandy beaches. Holkham is particularly special being fringed by pine woodlands and offers a variety of beautiful walks. Brancaster, Burnham Overy Staithe, Morston and Blakeney all also offer some lovely sailing, kayaking or paddle boarding opportunities, particularly stunning when the sea lavender is in flower.
Birdwatchers can enjoy the sights at Titchwell and Cley and cyclists can explore the beautiful quiet lanes of North Norfolk.
If golf is your game, Brancaster, Hunstanton & Cromer all offer challenging cliff top golf courses.
If you enjoy roaming elegant stately homes, Holkham, Sandringham, Oxburgh and Felbrigg are all within an easy drive.
Alternatively walk out the front door and explore the local countryside and the 7 chuches of the Burnhams, taking in the birth place of Lord Horatio Nelson at Burnham Thorpe.
