Very enjoyable stay at this property. Excellent communication and information from the owners. There are two double beds in the villa and it is well equipped. The terrace outside is lovely and is nice to have a relaxing breakfast or evening meal there. The house does not have air con but there are two large fans on the two upper floors. There is a large tv. Whilst there are not (as far as I could tell) English speaking channels, there are plenty of dvds. But who wants to be watching tv when on hols. The internet is very fast. The villa is well located for touring the area and that was the main attracfion for me. Easy access to buses but also the train station. There is also a free bus that goes up to the villa which runs in the summer months until midnight. So all in all, a great base to explore Nice and fhe surrounding area and a very peaceful place to stay. Very close to St Paul de Vence.
