Near enough a stone throw away from the fabulous tranquil sandy beach of Caister On Sea and a short drive to the famous Norfolk Broads. The property offers a fantastic large open plan space, perfect for your dream family vacation. It is finished in a timeless décor which is light, airy and very cosy. With a total of four sleeping spaces (includes 2 ensuite bedrooms) served by three bathrooms, it offers comfort and flexibility. The property comes with its own parking & free WIFI
The space
Villa Shona has two separate outdoor seating areas linked to the house by wide glass sliding doors to enhance the indoor - outdoor connection. The first space has a slabbed area, an outdoor lounge area with an L shape outdoor sofa and table on a decked surface and the rest of the space has artifical grass. The second space has patio slabs and set up as an oudoor dining area, complete with a large extendable table and chairs next to the bbq stand. Both areas are enclosed and offer a fantastic option for outdoor living yet being well connected to the house interior. Internally, the property is served by a fully equipped modern kitchen and there is a flat screen smart tv and internet for guests to use. We do have a couple more separate seating areas internally in the master bedroom, in the third bedroom, in the kids loft space and finally in the front reception area. One can actually catch a little glimpse of the sea from the loft window and the beach is a mere three minutes stroll down a safe pedestrian walkway from the property. Parking is available for up to 4 cars depending on the size of the cars and there is free off street parking within walking distance from the house.We would love to hear from you. We take an individual approach to your situation whenever the situation allows. Guest access
You will have private access and use of the whole property and there is a safe footpath back way from the property to the beach.

For the local indoor swimming facilities and other indoor activities, located right on the seafront in Great Yarmouth, approximately 10 minutes drive from the property please look up Marina Leisure Centre Great Yarmouth where you can prebook your sessions and access all information you may require.
