'LE NOSTALGIQUE' is a Prime Location apartment and ideally located in the heart of Cannes, the 'Carré d'Or'.
Renovated early 2020

The apartment is suitably for 4 to 6 people.
There are 2 bedrooms with a total of 4 single beds, convertible into double beds.
A double sofa bed (140x200) is in the living room.
Each bedroom has its own en suite shower room.
Babies are very welcome!
We have a baby bed and high chair as well as plastic plates, cups and cutlery.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor (there is a lift) and has 2 balconies and 1 terrace on which you can enjoy your meals.
The living room balcony has a partial sea view.
LE NOSTALGIQUE is very bright and is equipped with air conditioning through out.
There is strong wifi and international TV.
The apartment also has its own secure underground parking.

LE NOSTALGIQUE perfectly suits business people and holiday makers alike.
The 'Palais des festivals' (Congress & exhibition centre) is only 3min walk away.
It only take 1 min to reach the CROISETTE (beaches) and the most well known shopping street "rue d'Antibes".
The train and main bus station are within 5-7 min walk and it only takes 30-40 min by car to reach Nice airport.
A car is not a must.

Everything is reachable within less then 10min walking distance: 5 star hotels, exclusive stores like Louis Vuitton, Cartier, Rolex and Fred, restaurants, cinemas, night clubs, public as well as private beaches, the old port and the old town.

We will accept ONE well behaved dog but unfortunately we do not accept cats due to allergies.

cash on arrival:
150.-E service charge (arrival & departure, linen & towels and the end of stay cleaning)
350.-E (or 300.-GBP or 400.-USD) security deposit. This will be returned on the day of departure if all ok
50.-E for late arrival (after 20:00hrs or 8pm).

Fantastically located comfortable apartment

Bettina, our host, was really helpful and easy to reach through our whole process. Spacious and well-appointed apartment for our group of 3 adults. Two separate showers were smart and they worked well. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The kitchen was great but we didn't use it because there are tons of great restaurants and cafes abound. The water is a block away and top shopping is 2 blocks away. The location is really excellent and it's wonderful to have a garage - driving in and out is not for the faint of heart but it's so unusual to actually have a place to park a car. If you don't have a car, the apartment is only about a 6 minute walk from the train station and buses. From picture we did think the building would be less modern but then, we probably wouldn't have had parking or and elevator.
