Ferienvilla PaulduroModern villa 200 sqm, sea view 180°, pool 8 x 4m, close to Spanish border, french and spanish lifestyle, balcony and terrasses, modern kitchen, 3 bedrooms with kingsize beds, large living room, sauna to relax.
Cerbere (66290) is a small town at the Cote Vermeille, perfect place to start the trails along the coast or into the mountains. Pebble beaches close by, perfect for canu or stand up paddle rental, boat rental, swimming, diving, fishing. Shortes walk to the sea for swimming is 10 minutes. You can eat French cuisine, from Port Vendre / Coulliure to Tapas in Port Bou or Llanca. Cadaques and Figueres have museums from Salvador Dali. Girona is 1 hour car drive, Barcelona 2 hours car drive away.
The house has two storages, upper floor is main entrance, bathroom, toilette, kitchen - dining / living room with sea view. Balcony for dinner outdoor. Lower floor is three bedrooms with kingsize beds, two bathrooms, relax room and sauna. Terrasse acces from each bedroom and access to the pool.
Kitchen with Miele equipment. Coffee machine from Miele, fritch for wine, TV in living room and bedrooms, sauna, washing machine and dryer, heat pump for the pool, climate (warm - cold) control in all rooms.
Rental is from saturday to saturday, 7 nights min. arrival 16.00 o´clock and departure latest 10.00 o´clock at departure day.
By plane either Girona airport or Barcelona airport. By car motorway exit Perpignan (France) or Figueres (Spain). Train station Cerbere available, public bus transport as well.
50% of the rental fee 8 weeks in advance, 50% with the arrival date.

Hier findet man Erholung pur: Schlafen in bequemen Luxusbetten, Kochen in der modernen Profi-Küche, Essen mit Meerblick - ob im Wohnzimmer oder auf der Terrasse -, Schwimmen im Meerwasser-Pool oder einfach nur Relaxen und Genießen! Jederzeit wieder!

By Birgit Reichel on 27-Jun-2025Genau genommen müssen wir uns in der Bewertung etwas zurückhalten, um alles nicht zu überschwänglich zu schildern. Es ist nämlich so, dass alles komplett gepasst hat. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig, die Aussicht phantastisch. Die Wege zu sehenswerten Ausflugsziele sind überschaubar, der ebenso überschaubare hübsche Ort Cerbere mit Strand und Möglichkeiten zur Einkehr liegt den Hang hinunter sozusagen direkt vor den Füßen. Uns hat jeden Tag aufs Neue der Blick aufs Meer begeistert. Erholung pur.

MerciContact facile et agréable avec la propriétaire Anja par téléphone. MerciLa villa est superbe, conforme à l'annonce. Trois chambres et 3 SDB qui permettent à chaque couple d'avoir leur indépendance.Vue magnifique, belle terrasse. La maison est entièrement climatisée et très bien équipée.Belle piscine, on peut s'y détendre et nager un peu.Le quartier est très calme.On peut se rendre à Cerbère à pied (15 minutes). Nous allions souvent à la plage de Cerbere-Baynuls ( sentier sous marin, paddle...) à 5 minutes en voiture.On a visité Barcelone pendant une journée ( parc Guell le matin et Sagrada en soirée.)On a donc passé une excellente semaine et je recommande cette villa.Départ facile le matin à 6h avec la présence d'Amandine et Jérôme.
