Located on a quiet tree lined road in Bournemouth, minutes from a Blue Flag sandy beach. DETACHED, 1930’s, spacious 8 bedroom house, sensitively refurbished to a high end luxury standard. Corner plot, 3 floors, 11 big rooms & 5 bathrooms. Gated driveway with off road parking for up to 6 cars.
A happy house, run by a happy couple, for happy groups. The Grand Entrance Hallway is perfect to treat arriving guests to a champagne reception. Built in sound proofing throughout the house, enhances guest privacy during those especially celebratory moments. Much of house and garden is shielded from view by tall fences, trees and mature shrubs, separating 3 grassy lawns.
Optional beauty treatment room contains hair dresser chairs, large mirrors and massage table. Large period bay window overlooking mature shrubs, lawn and a weeping willow tree in garden.

Azaria, who runs the place is very polite and responsive. She has been so helpful throughout. I don’t think 5* is enough to rate this place and the people running it. Fabulous house in Bournemouth
By ClareMNewport on 24-Jul-2021Just stayed for 5 days. Was a fabulous house. There were 3 families and there were plenty of beds, bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Looks newly renovated with modern decor and new pool table. Sky, Prime & Netflix all available and no problems with internet. Close to many lovely Sandy beaches and less than 10 min drive to Bournemouth town centre. Would definitely go back again!!
Spot on and Excellent experience

The property is spacious, clean and well equipped for bigger groups like us with 22 members covering age group 2 to 50. We stayed at this property for 2 nights in Feb 2023. Weather was still not the best but we still managed to visit the Bournemouth beach which is literally 12 minutes drive from this property. Due to weather most of the time we spent was inside the property, but all thanks to Pool table and Netflix where children could stay entertained. Kitchen is spacious and fully equipped for larger groups, plenty of toilets and showers, some of them even ensuit made the stay very comfortable. Azaria and Jonathan were very sweet and received prompt replies on Al our queries. Overall the whole process of booking the property and staying at the property was spot on. Thank you.
