There is also a large garden, which is rare for such a central location, with dining table and seating for up to 15 which can be extended to 25 if booked with Quay Corner. The property has a large bay window, a woodburner, lounge with 60” TV (plus Virgin media) and an extensive kitchen diner than runs across the whole width of the house. The master bedroom has a super king-size four-poster bed and its own en suite and seating area, within the large bay window. A ground floor bedroom with wet room for less mobile guests. Indoor hot tub available for hire.
Magnificent Kitchen & Dining we have provided everything you would need to cater for up to 15 guests. With a full height free standing side by side fridge / freezer, coffee making machine, microwave, feature range double oven with 6 burner gas hob, dishwasher, and washing machine with dryer facility. Large Kitchen island with ample storage.

By Keith Norman on 31-May-2025A lovely large property in a beautiful location. A place where you can drive to and then leave the car for a week as there is a lot to do within walking distance. Clean with all the comforts you would expect. Lovely place this was our 2nd visit.
Wonderful "Twixmas" stay at Quay House
By Jo on 17-Jan-2025We had a wonderful "Twixmas" stay at Quay House in Christchurch. The house is beautiful and the location fabulous. On our arrival, we were allowed entry a little earlier than planned and briefly met the very friendly and helpful staff who had just finished preparing the house for us - impeccably. Everything about the house was superb - it suited our needs perfectly in every way. Clean, spacious rooms with delightful furnishings and decor. We use the kitchen facilities most days and everything we needed was provided. Located right next to the magnificent Priory and Town Quay, with all of the lovely stores and places to eat/drink just a short stroll around the corner. Excellent walks from the doorstep around to Hengistbury Head or take a ferry for a shorter walk, and lovely beaches (e.g.: Avon Beach) a short drive away. All in all a wonderful place to stay.

By Mr Epps on 28-Jun-2024Quay House, Christchurch We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Quay House . the house is a gem: large enough for our party of 14 to gave us a lot of space yet to get together easily . the location next the the Priory was lovely (although the bell ringing during the night was an initial problem solved by ear plugs!) . the close proximity to the centre of Christchurch, the water and various walks was perfect. . the administration (emails, documentation, website) by the owners was professional and friendly . the property was delivered very clean with an impressive inventory of kitchen utensils! We would definitely stay again.
Luxurious, relaxing weekend
By Sharon Nash on 22-Nov-2023Quay House booked with Quay Corner The house was very spacious for 21 of us, particularly the 2 kitchens and 2 lounges. The bedrooms were very clean and comfortable, and the ones in the main house particularly were beautiful. The information pack was very detailed so it was very easy to relax straight away. The welcome basket was a lovely gesture. Everything we needed was provided for us to have a fantastic time. Both kitchens were well equipped and the property was very clean. The showers were great and the beds were comfortable. The location of the property was also very good so we did not need to use the cars all weekend. Overall, we had a very good weekend.
Quay House - Fabulous!

The house was so spacious (the pictures don''t do it justice!), there we 15 of us and no time do the house feel congested. Quay House was very well equiped, had everything we needed. Bedrooms were very comfortable. Location of the house is fantastic, everything right on the doorstep but still in a quiet location. A return visit is a must for me.
Fantastic holiday in Christchurch!
By Emma on 28-Apr-2022We had a wonderful stay in Christchurch. There was 11 of us, three families. The house had loads of character and we didn''t want for anything. Location was perfect - the town, park and river on the doorstep. We didn''t use our cars once as we made use of the nearby train station which took us directly into the New Forest. Would, honestly, recommend!!
