The former vicarage, now called Quay House, has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and off street car parking for up to 4 cars. There is also a large garden, which is rare for such a central location, with dining table and seating for up to 15 which can be extended to 25 if booked with Quay Corner. The property has a large bay window, a woodburner, lounge with 60” TV (plus Virgin media) and an extensive kitchen diner than runs across the whole width of the house. The master bedroom has a super king-size four-poster bed and its own en suite and seating area, within the large bay window. A ground floor bedroom with wet room for less mobile guests. Indoor hot tub available for hire.
Magnificent Kitchen & Dining we have provided everything you would need to cater for up to 15 guests. With a full height free standing side by side fridge / freezer, coffee making machine, microwave, feature range double oven with 6 burner gas hob, dishwasher, and washing machine with dryer facility. Large Kitchen island with ample storage.
We have a luxury permanent hot tub 4-6 seat available for £325* for short Breaks or £400* for 7 nights breaks (*price before discount) EV Charging now available please visit our website for more details.
For larger groups why not combine with our adjoining Quay Corner then up to 25 guests can be accommodated and we give a 5% discount for multiple bookings.

A Perfect Weekend Getaway for the Whole Family

The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and stress-free stay. Every room felt cozy and welcoming, and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax without ever feeling crowded. Pam was incredibly accommodating and kindly allowed us to arrive earlier than planned so we could set up for my in-laws’ 50th wedding anniversary celebration. That flexibility made our weekend so much easier and truly meant a lot to us. The kids and dogs loved the outdoor space, and the adults appreciated having a peaceful spot to unwind. The location was perfect and close to everything we wanted to see and do. We made wonderful memories here and genuinely felt at home. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a family-friendly, relaxing, and memorable getaway. Many thanks From the all the family
A special property in a great location
By Keith Norman on 31-May-2025A lovely large property in a beautiful location. A place where you can drive to and then leave the car for a week as there is a lot to do within walking distance. Clean with all the comforts you would expect. Lovely place this was our 2nd visit.
Wonderful "Twixmas" stay at Quay House
By Jo on 17-Jan-2025We had a wonderful "Twixmas" stay at Quay House in Christchurch. The house is beautiful and the location fabulous. On our arrival, we were allowed entry a little earlier than planned and briefly met the very friendly and helpful staff who had just finished preparing the house for us - impeccably. Everything about the house was superb - it suited our needs perfectly in every way. Clean, spacious rooms with delightful furnishings and decor. We use the kitchen facilities most days and everything we needed was provided. Located right next to the magnificent Priory and Town Quay, with all of the lovely stores and places to eat/drink just a short stroll around the corner. Excellent walks from the doorstep around to Hengistbury Head or take a ferry for a shorter walk, and lovely beaches (e.g.: Avon Beach) a short drive away. All in all a wonderful place to stay.
