FIG TREE: POOL, HOT TUB & PANORAMIC VIEWSFig Tree is a dog-friendly stable conversion (sleeps 5) on the quiet edge of Bodnant Estate. With panoramic views across the valley towards the mountains of Eryri (Snowdonia), it offers a peaceful base with no traffic noise. Guests enjoy 24/7 access to a heated indoor swimming pool and a private hot tub on the patio.
Dogs: Up to 2 well-behaved dogs welcome (£35 per dog per stay). Please note the boundary fencing is rural post-and-rail and not fully dog-proof.
LIVING AREA
The open-plan living space is designed to maximize the view, with large French windows opening onto the garden. It features comfortable seating, a Smart TV with DVD player and full central heating to keep the cottage warm year-round.
KITCHEN & DINING
The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, full-height fridge/freezer, microwave and a Nespresso machine (starter pods provided). The dining area comfortably seats five guests, or you can head out to the wraparound patio for a BBQ.
BEDROOMS (SLEEPS 5 + COT)
The cottage is single-storey, making it ideal for families with young children or guests who prefer to avoid stairs.
Master Bedroom: King-size bed with full-length window overlooking the garden.
Bedroom 2: Two single beds (zip-and-link) which can be configured as a super-king on request, plus a convertible armchair bed suitable for a 5th guest.
BATHROOM
Modern suite featuring a double-ended bath and a separate walk-in shower. Complimentary toiletries are provided.
GARDEN, HOT TUB & EV CHARGER
Your private wraparound patio features outdoor furniture and a private hot tub with views of the mountains. Beyond the patio, guests have access to over an acre of shared gardens.
EV Charger: Shared 7kW electric vehicle charging point on-site (pay-as-you-go via app).
SWIMMING POOL
Just across the courtyard is the indoor swimming pool. Heated year-round, the 11m pool is available 24/7 and is shared only with our one neighbouring cottage (Laurel), ensuring it's rarely busy. Inflatables and pool toys welcome.
LAUNDRY ROOM
Located in the courtyard, this shared facility includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and a library of books and games.
GROUP BOOKINGS
Fig Tree can be booked alongside Laurel (sleeps 4) to accommodate groups of up to 9 people - perfect for families who want to holiday together while retaining their own private living spaces.

A Peaceful Place
By Richard Rose on 15-Aug-2025Our family of 5 and two dogs stayed at this beautiful property for a week. On arrival we met the host who was very welcoming and showed us around. The house and its surroundings are just stunning. You can see Snowdonia and watch the jets fly by daily. It’s a peaceful place. The swimming pool was a massive hit with the whole family and we used it daily. The hot tub and large garden area was brilliant for the evenings to relax. The home itself is very well equipped. The bedrooms are large and the open plan kitchen and living room is perfect to keep the family together in one place. We visited plenty of areas around North Wales including Aber Falls, castles Anglesey and Betws y Coed - all very accessible with short drives from the property. Thank you for having us and we will hopefully be back to stay in the future Rose family x
We Would Return in a Heartbeat

The onsite amenities were as described and easily accessible. The indoor pool was great and we were able to make full use anytime we desired. Penny was a great host, the guidebook provided was perfect and made our short notice trip very easy to plan. We would return in a heartbeat and hope to do so in the future.
Fantastic Views

Loads to do in the area and a short drive to Snowdon if you feel the need to climb up there! Penny was friendly, helpful and easy to contact. We have three boys who just wanted to stay at the cottage and use the pool, hot tub and garden.
