Description

Sea Vista Home from Home seaside holiday cottage in Combe Martin, North Devon. The spacious detached property has been beautifully renovated and decorated to a high standard throughout, accommodating six people + cot very comfortably in three double bedrooms, with a very large garden surrounded by a brook and views towards Combe Martin Bay. It's perfect for families, as it has two bathrooms and two living rooms, so it would also suit two or three couples on holiday together. It only takes five minutes to walk to Combe Martin beach and bay, passing shops, cafes, takeaways and pubs like the waterfront Focsle Inn along the way.

Accommodation Details

Sea Vista is a spacious detached holiday home with accommodation over two levels.

Downstairs:

Internal entrance porch with loads of space for coats and shoes, bodyboards etc
Spacious living room with two sofas, and armchair where you can kick back and watch the Smart TV with a DVD player and Netflix. There's also a range of board games.
Large contemporary kitchen/diner with big windows framing garden views, integrated appliances that include a dishwasher, and sleek handleless cupboards for an uncluttered finish.
Modern shower room with a walk-in shower, heated towel rail, WC and a handbasin.
Large bedroom with a kingsize bed and built-in storage.
Twin bedroom with two single beds and triple warrdrobe.

Upstairs:

Accommodation upstairs works well for extended families - maybe if you're on holiday with the grandparents.
Bedroom with a double bed and storage.
Living room with L shaped sofa and Loveseat and French doors opening onto the Juliette balcony with views of the garden and glimpses of the sea.
Bathroom with a shower over the bath, WC and a handbasin.
Outside: Guests enter Sea Vista by driving over our private bridge and onto a driveway where there is parking for four+ cars. The huge private garden is mainly lawn with a patio, barbecue and seating area, with breathtaking views of Little Hangman. There's also a pretty brook surrounding the garden.

Additional Information: Utilities, WiFi, bed linen, bath and beach towels are all included. Pets and smoking are not permitted.

We stayed at Ruth’s Airbnb for a nearby wedding and it was the perfect place to stay! Ruth was so helpful with local taxi details etc and was always so responsive. The house was lovely, comfy beds and a really nice amount of space!

This our third time staying at Sea Vista, and I really can''t rate it highly enough. Absolutely wonderful holiday home, has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Location is fantastic, only a few minutes walk into the village, and the sea. Visit number four is already booked for next year!

Thanks Ruth for being a fantastic host. You are very prompt in your replies and flexible and allowed us to stay on an extra day at a reduced price, we appreciate it. The property was fantastic both inside and outside. We thoroughly enjoyed woolacombe beach which was a 20 min drive away. We would definitely come back in the future.
