Less than 100 metres from the beach at Constantine Bay, our chalets provide comfortable accommodation for families or couples in spacious grounds nestling directly behind the beach and sand dunes. Each chalet has three bedrooms, its own small garden, parking for 2 cars, use of shared large grassy area and free WiFi (BT Infinity).

Each of our chalets is spaciously laid out and has:

Sitting Room with sofas and easy chair seating 6, TV, coffee table, games and books
Kitchen/Diner with table and chairs for 6, fully equipped fitted kitchen with cooker, washing machine, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer
3 Bedrooms: 1 double bedroom with 4'6 bed, 2 twin bedrooms (Sleeps 6)
Bathroom with bath, shower over and WC

Separate WC
Entrance Hall with cupboard storing vacuum, ironing board etc
Gardens: each chalet has their own small garden with table and chairs for 6 and there is a large sheltered grassy area with room for ball games etc
Parking for 2 cars adjacent to each chalet

There is a general store & surf shop with surf school 1/2 mile away at the top of the road leading down to the beach. Further shops, pubs and restaurants are within 2 miles, including Trevose Golf Club.

Lees Nook is less than 2 miles from the historic fishing port of Padstow, with its quality shops and restaurants, as well as the world-renowned Rick Stein establishments. Padstow is one of Cornwall’s top destinations for holidaymakers of all ages and the beaches and Camel Estuary provide all the watersports activities you can think of.

Golf: Championship course Trevose is just one mile away.

The property is looked after by the owner and bed linen can be hired, but no towels are available. Bathmats are provided and beds have pillows, under-blankets and duvets. Electricity is included in the rent, as is hot water and heating which is provided by an oil-fired boiler.
Public Transport: 1/2 mile to Bus service, 6 miles to Newquay Airport, 20 miles to Bodmin Parkway railway station.
