Leave ReviewThe ideal location
By Joanne on 09-May-2023We are just back from a really enjoyable weekend in Craster . Crasterway is the ideal location to explore the beautiful Northumberland coast. The house was modern, clean , comfortable and very well equipped with modern appliances , all done to a very high standard .It was in a nice quiet area as you enter Craster. There was a lovely welcome pack and the coasters to bring home were a nice touch . Anne had sent us loads of useful information before arrival on the house with clear directions and information on the local area, places of interest etc. It literally was a couple of minutes walk to the cute little harbour and the pub where we had a lovely meal . We also got delicious coffee and cake the next day in the cafe. We all enjoyed a relaxing stay and hope to
Beautiful holiday home
By Sandra S on 18-Apr-2023Beautiful holiday home - so well appointed to the highest of standards. The owners have thought of everything to make the stay so enjoyable, relaxing and very comfortable - a home from home feel in a wonderful quiet location in Craster with easy access to all that the beautiful Northumberland coastline and countryside has to offer. Thank you, we will definitely book again in the future.
Home from home, the house is fantastic
By Dean M on 06-Aug-2023Just returned from a week long stay at Crasterway and already counting down to our return visit! The house itself is fantastic, well equipped with everything you could need and very modern being only a few years old. The lay-out of the kitchen diner provides for great family time together, with a seperate lounge/living space for a quiet chill out or wind down at the end of the day. The beautiful little harbour is a 1-2 minute walk from the house and the coastal path runs in either direction from the village itself, taking you along some stunning and varied coastline with gorgeous viewpoints and peaceful beaches. Crasterway is a 'home from home' holiday accommodation finished to a high standard with the most comfortable beds we have ever experienced on a holiday. The owner sent lots of useful info prior to our stay and could not have been more helpful. Having experienced some disappointing holiday rentals in the past, we were dubious that Crasterway seemed too good to be true, but it certainly did not disappoint and we will definitely be returning when we next visit Northumberland. PLEASE NOTE that Google maps doesn't show the property on street view yet as it is a relatively new build, don't let this put you off, Crasterway certainly exists and the numerous images available online are a genuine and true reflection of this lovely house. Thank you for a great stay!
Beautiful and welcoming holiday home
By Sandra on 29-May-2023Beautiful &welcoming holiday home. We arrived to milk in the fridge and a wonderfully clean house - it did not stay that way! We had incredible weather. Did a boat trip from Seahouses, saw puffins and the seals were fascinating. Lots of special memories

Favourite place to stay
By Jenny on 27-Oct-2024Our favourite place to stay on the Northumberland coast. Craster is so beautiful and we love the walk along the coastal path to Dunstanburgh Castle. So much to see and do and Crasterway is right in the middle of it all. Lots of great golf courses on the doorstep too. Very comfortable house, the beds are amazing, easy safe parking, nice little garden, everything we needed. We will be back.
