Description
Welcome to The Felbrigg at Jonas Farm Barns, RoughtonA wonderful barn offering self-catering accommodation as part of Jonas Farm Barns – a small complex of 9 traditional Norfolk stone buildings. The Felbrigg is located in the village of Roughton, less than 2 miles from Cromer and has access to the indoor heated swimming pool and children’s play area. With superb views, this makes it an ideal base for exploring North Norfolk and for enjoying the Blue Flag beach and Pier. Sorry, no pets.
The barn is beautifully updated and retains original features and offers spacious accommodation with 2 bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and underfloor heating throughout with oak flooring. It has a large, enclosed and south facing garden, perfect for enjoying the Norfolk sunshine. With local pubs, beautiful beaches and walks, coastal resort towns and several historic houses all close by, there’s plenty to explore.
The Felbrigg has everything you could require during your holiday to ensure it feels like the ultimate home away from home:
All on one level:
Lounge Area with comfortable seating (including a sofa bed for short breaks/occasional use), smart TV, Amazon Fire stick, bluetooth speaker and WiFi.
Dining Area with table and chairs. A high chair is available.
Well-equipped kitchen with electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
Bedroom 1 with a comfy king-size bed and ensuite shower room with shower cubicle, washbasin and wc
Bedroom 2 with comfy twin beds. A travel cot is available.
Main bathroom with bath, shower attachment, basin and wc
Fully enclosed garden with lawn, a large patio area, garden furniture and barbecue.
Car parking for two cars in the driveway next to the barn.
Towels are provided, though you are requested to bring your own swimming towels.
High season changeover: FRIDAY
Please note: There is no lifeguard for the pool and children under 15 must be supervised at all times by 2 adults. No swimming alone. The pool has a booking system and allows all guests at Jonas Farm to have a swim every day between 9am and 6pm. Guests are asked to accept T&Cs on booking. Please note our pool is closed 4th - 23rd Jan
