The space
A well looked after modern house on a quiet private estate.
Entry is through a private entrance and this leads to a hallway.
Up the stairs leads to furnished open plan living room with comfortable sofa, side stool, center rug, a full HD TV with free access to NETFLIX & Freeview channels and a workstation.
Plates, drinking glass, mugs, cutleries and cooking utensils all provided for guest's convenience.
There is a complimentary fast fibre optic free wifi.
The hallway upstairs leads to a bedroom on the left furnished with a double bed. This is opposite a family bathroom. Straight ahead leads to master bedroom with it's own private 3 piece bathroom suite. The master bed has a very comfy 2 single beds which can be zipped & linked into a KING SIZE BED. All rooms are supplied with fresh bed linens and towels and the bathrooms with complimentary body wash & Shampoo, toilet rolls, hand wash and hand cream for our guests convenience.
There is 2 allocated parking for our guests use
The house is 15 minutes walk/4 minutes drive to town centre where there are shops, restaurants as well as the train station to hop on the train and be in London in 12 minutes and central London in 35 minutes. This is also 18 minutes drive from the famous Bluewater Shopping centre.

Knowing Dartford well and having to stay here as temp accommodation due to home renovations and having to extend our stay, I am glad we chose this accommodation. There are others available in the area but for the value for money this property cannot be beaten on price and quality standards. *The location is ideal for commuting to London Essex and Kent. *The host is very approachable and accommodating. *The apartment caters for all home living to make your stay comfortable. This includes added touches like a cleaner, bedding and towels hairdryers, hoover, iron, etc. *The apartment itself is has modern decor throughout. *Parking for 1 car is provided.
