This penthouse apartment is in the heart of the town and only a short level walk from the shops,restaurants and local amenities.This quality apartment is located on the river front and enjoys superb harbour and estuary views. It is across the road from the river and has its own balcony. Throughout the summer months there are regular ferry trips to Kingswear, Dartmouth Castle and Totnes, from the nearby quay.
