This beautifully presented chalet is a wonderful base for your holiday exploring the South Hams area of outstanding natural beauty in Devon. There are fabulous coastal walks with breath-taking views. Completely refurbished, new kitchen and bathroom. Norton Park is just outside the naval town of Dartmouth.

Dartmouth Golf and Country Club
Woodlands leisure park
Dartmoor National Park to the north
Beautiful stretches of coastline to the south.
Excellent award winning beaches nearby.
The Chalet interior:
New Kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine The kitchen is very well equipped. New bathroom with good sized shower and all modern fittings.
2 bedrooms comfortably sleeps a family of 4 or friends sharing (over 25 year olds) A large lounge with 2 sofas and dining and coffee table. There is a wall mounted TV and sockets have USB ports.
New wall heaters for your comfort in the winter months and the chalet has been fully insulated.
There is ample free parking in the car parks, with a level concrete path to the chalet door. There are no steps.
Guest access
Guest have access to all rooms in chalet 105. Shared grass area outside the chalet , large grass areas within Norton park which are suitable for ball games.
Other things to note
The chalet does not have internet access but we looking at introducing it in the very near furure, there is excellent reception so you can use 4G

Duvets Pillows linen and towels are provided. Electricity is by £1 coin meter
