Delightful cottage in central location.

By Carol and Robin on 09-Oct-2021

We booked up last minute for our stay in Dawlish and chose this lovely cottage. Lots of nice touches from the owners and a perfect location for pubs, restaurants and the train station. Clean and warm. Would recommend.

Cosy Cottage.

By Ann & Frank Hicks on 13-Aug-2021

Beautiful little cottage. Perfect location, tucked off the high street, which is one way and not over busy. Has a lovely decked area, accessed by steps, which got the afternoon sun. Great directions and contact from the owners and was easy to find. It may be compact but for 2 people it is just right. Welcome letter with information left on the side for us plus a pint of milk, 2 small bottles of water and a bottle of fizz in the fridge. The stairs are original cottage ones and are therefore a little steep but there is a solid hand rail on the wall. Lovely comfortable bed and plenty of clothes hangers on the rail unit. Although we did not cook any meals, the kitchen has all that you would need. We stayed for 3 nights and loved every minute. Perfect for relaxing.

Delightful Dawlish Holiday

By Elaine and Gary on 18-Jul-2021

We had a wonderful stay at Peaceful Cottage .The cottage is beautifully decorated, and has everything you could need for a holiday with all your home comforts. The kitchen is fully fitted, and so handy to have a washing machine! The bathroom is amazing, very spacious with a fantastic walk in shower. The bedroom is so pretty, really romantic, with TV, somewhere to hang clothes, with hangers, and the bed was really comfortable. The lounge is comfortable and cosy, with a TV with large choice channels, and WiFi was really useful. Less than 5 mins from centre of Dawlish. We used the train to travel ul and down the coast. Its an ideal location for exploring surrounding area. Michael and Caroline were very thoughtful, helpful and friendly hosts. We had a wonderful break.
