La Grange is a holiday home with shared pool between Ribérac and Aubeterre. This excellent self catering accommodation is family friendly, has 4 bedrooms, sleeps 8, with Wi-Fi.
La Grange is set off an enclosed grass courtyard of beautifully maintained shared private gardens which include an area to play boules, read under the shade of the trees and swim in the fully enclosed 12m x 6m swimming pool. The swimming pool is open from the end of May to the end of September.
The flexible accommodation is arranged over two levels and comprises:
Upper Floor
A large open plan kitchen, dining and living area with double height ceiling and stunning views over the countryside. Facilities include “range style” oven with 5 burner hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and fridge/freezer, TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi (Livebox).
A generously proportioned master bedroom with a en-suite shower room is also on this level.
Ground Floor
Three further double rooms, two of which have their own doors into the garden area.
A modern family bathroom with a bath and separate shower.

There is a large private terrace with magnificent uninterrupted views over the Dordogne countryside. The terrace is furnished with its own large kettle barbecue and a table with chairs that comfortably seat 8.
The shared swimming pool is enclosed and accessed through a secure child gate.
There is private parking within the grounds of the property. For clarity pets are not permitted.
Located between Ribérac and Aubeterre sur Dronne, La Grange is a beautiful holiday home in the picturesque hill top village of Lusignac offering family friendly accommodation for up to 8 people.
Set in the stunning Dordogne countryside, forming the ideal base for day trips to the historic towns of Périgueux, Brantôme, Angoulême, Cognac and St. Émilion.
Lusignac benefits from a small restaurant and bar serving traditional local produce. There are artisan bakers in three local villages, and two large supermarkets in the town of Ribérac (10km).
The local town of Aubeterre sur Dronne offers canoe hire on the Dronne, and the lake at Grand Etang de la Jamaye is very popular with younger children.

Change over day is Saturday, Arrival after 4pm Departure before 10 am
Reserve with a 25% Deposit. The balance will be due 8 weeks before holiday. A Security deposit £200 paid with final balance.

By Jennifer Crompton on 09-Aug-2025We stayed at La Grange and had the most wonderful week. The house is beautiful, spacious, and perfect for a family. We are a family of five, and all the children had a room of their own, with the option to share if they wanted. Having English TV and the ability to sign in to streaming sites was such a thoughtful touch. We often watched a film after lunch to avoid the midday heat, which worked perfectly. The weather was stunning during our stay, and the pool was cool and refreshing, but never too cold. Our two-year-old spent most of her time in the water and was completely comfortable. The restaurant just minutes from the property was extremely handy. We ate there most evenings—it’s very reasonably priced—and on three occasions there was live music under the festoon lights, which felt truly magical. A tip: you do need to book ahead. On Friday evenings, the restaurant kitchen is closed, but a charming fish-and-chips van serves the village instead, and everyone gathers at the tables with food and drinks—a lovely experience. The property is stocked with games and guides for local activities. We enjoyed visiting underground caves, kayaking, exploring a French market, and even playing Cluedo from the games selection. The house itself is finished to a luxury standard, with Laura Ashley and The White Company bedding. The owners have thought of everything to make a holiday relaxing and special. Outside, the children loved the slide, inflatables, pool toys, and garden games. All in all, we had a truly wonderful week and couldn’t have wished for more.
A great family house in Lusingac

The house is extremely comfortable, well equipped with stunning views and a lovely pool and your own patio area. Ideal for family barbeques. We really enjoyed our stay, as we have the previous ten, and look forward to returning! We highly recommend this house.
The best holiday home I've ever stayed in
By Lisa E on 05-Jul-2025My family has been staying at this property for our summer holiday since 2017. It is by far and away the best holiday home I've ever stayed in. I remember when we arrived the very first time how blown away we were by the cleanliness and thoughtfulness of the equipment provided - everything you could possibly need is provided and to a high standard. One year, the dishwasher broke down and the next day was replaced by a Miele - clearly this owner is a person after my own heart! The patio provides the most beautiful view of the valley - there is a large table to dine at, two large umbrellas to provide welcome shade and plenty of very comfortable deckchairs for sitting with a glass of wine and enjoying the 'golden hour' of the sun setting behind you. The pool is a good size and also very clean. When we first stayed here there were no reviews - now I understand that it's because once you've been, you don't want to share this place with anyone else! It's a really well kept secret - a very special place to stay. We would love to continue having holidays here, but we are now dog owners and sadly they are not permitted here. Communication with the owner has always been extremely prompt and efficient, and it has felt like very good value for money to stay here. It gets a five star rating from me and my family!
