La Grange is a holiday home with shared pool between Ribérac and Aubeterre. This excellent self catering accommodation is family friendly, has 4 bedrooms, sleeps 8, with Wi-Fi.

La Grange is set off an enclosed grass courtyard of beautifully maintained shared private gardens which include an area to play boules, read under the shade of the trees and swim in the fully enclosed 12m x 6m swimming pool. The swimming pool is open from the end of May to the end of September.

The flexible accommodation is arranged over two levels and comprises:

Upper Floor

A large open plan kitchen, dining and living area with double height ceiling and stunning views over the countryside. Facilities include “range style” oven with 5 burner hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and fridge/freezer, TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi (Livebox).

A generously proportioned master bedroom with a en-suite shower room is also on this level.

Ground Floor

Three further double rooms, two of which have their own doors into the garden area.

A modern family bathroom with a bath and separate shower.

There is a large private terrace with magnificent uninterrupted views over the Dordogne countryside. The terrace is furnished with its own large kettle barbecue and a table with chairs that comfortably seat 8.

The shared swimming pool is enclosed and accessed through a secure child gate.

There is private parking within the grounds of the property. For clarity pets are not permitted.

Located between Ribérac and Aubeterre sur Dronne, La Grange is a beautiful holiday home in the picturesque hill top village of Lusignac offering family friendly accommodation for up to 8 people.

Set in the stunning Dordogne countryside, forming the ideal base for day trips to the historic towns of Périgueux, Brantôme, Angoulême, Cognac and St. Émilion.

Lusignac benefits from a small restaurant and bar serving traditional local produce. There are artisan bakers in three local villages, and two large supermarkets in the town of Ribérac (10km).

The local town of Aubeterre sur Dronne offers canoe hire on the Dronne, and the lake at Grand Etang de la Jamaye is very popular with younger children.

Change over day is Saturday, Arrival after 4pm Departure before 10 am

Reserve with a 25% Deposit. The balance will be due 8 weeks before holiday. A Security deposit £200 paid with final balance.
