Description
Sydenham Cottage is new to the rental market , having been refurbished to a high standard, designed to make you feel at home. The cottage in the heart of Weymouth is just 2 minutes walk from restaurants, cafes, the old harbour, tourist attractions and award winning blue flag beach.The house is perfect for families or couples wanting a cosy retreat. You can walk from the house to the sandy beaches, craggy cliffs of the Jurassic Coast with the Dorset Downs nearby, so walkers will love it too.
The Cottage has an inviting living and dining area. With TV, Wi-Fi and a separate kitchen leading to a breakfast area. On the first floor there is a family bathroom with W/C with a shower over the bath and a King size bedroom with en-suite shower room with a W/C. To the second floor there are two further bedrooms, one double and one fitted with build in bunk beds which easily accommodate two adults (who baggies the top bunk!). Lastly there is a locked door with steep stairs leading to a kids chill out room, where the little ones can escape to watch TV & play games leaving the grown ups to do their chilling outside with a glass of wine in the court yard.
I am afraid we do not accept dogs at the cottage

By LIZ KIRBY on 15-May-2022We had such a great visit. We only managed to squeeze in a two night visit, but would have been happy to stay a lot longer. The property is really spacious, immaculate and very very comfy. A home from home. Lena put in a lot of effort to make us feel welcome, and the pre stay communication was excellent. The house has a lovely vibe to it, and the children enjoyed exploring all the nooks and windy staircases. Such a good experience. Thank you x
