THE SPACE
Step inside Dovecote House and you will immediately feel at home. The main entrance room leads you to explore the ground floor, with the lounge positioned at one side, with its expansive floor to ceiling window this room is filled with natural light. Comfy sofas dominate this relaxing space with a mezzanine floor and sofa for additional space to relax or escape the chaos for a few moments with a cuppa and your favourite book!
The focal point of this beautiful property is the newly refurbished open plan kitchen dining area. Beautifully designed with modern, sophisticated units of exceptional quality. This space is ideal for any budding chef, with a dishwasher, instant hot water tap, washing machine, fridge freezer, induction hob and cooker and that all important wine cooler! There is also a coffee machine meaning your morning coffee is ready at the push of a button. The dining area allows space for everyone to gather after a busy day exploring the hidden gems of North Yorkshire and comfy seating offers a more relaxed space for those wishing to wind down with a glass or two! There is also a smart TV.
Also leading from the entrance area is a useful downstairs cloakroom.
On the first and second floors you will find three luxury king size bedrooms. Each laid out with super comfy beds adorned with the softest pillows and duvets and crisp white bedlinen. The perfect space for a good night’s sleep! The luxury bathroom has contemporary fixtures to include a large walk-in shower, basin and wc.
To the front of the property outside rattan furniture provides for a relaxed space to catch the last of the evening sunshine or equally the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee! Allocated parking is available for one car.

Stunning Market Town House - Pet friendly

Location: Easingwold is a vibrant North Yorkshire Market town lying 13 miles north of the historical cathedral city of York. With a beautiful selection of local shops, cafes, public houses and a theatre, sports centre and a weekly local market. There is also a large play park, lots of lovely walks and good bus links to York, Thirsk and even to the North Yorkshire coast. With a good selection of independent coffee houses and eating establishments you won’t be stuck for places to indulge! The weekly local market is held in the marketplace every Friday and an artisan market takes place monthly. The town is also renowned for holding lively band events and music festivals. The town also has a well-stocked library and The Galtres Centre offer regular plays/musicals and community events.
Lying just 13 miles north of the City of York, you are also perfectly placed to head into the city to experience the culture of the Minster, galleries and the ancient City Walls. Or if your passion is food, you will find many excellent independent bars and restaurants to discover! York is a city brimming with history and culture. Take a walk along the castle walls and head to York Minster for some truly jaw dropping architecture, followed by a wander around the historical cobbled streets and many independent shops and boutiques.
Further afield you will discover Whitby on the East Coast, Goathland and Pickering in the North York Moors National Park. Masham, Ripon and Harrogate are to the west heading towards the Yorkshire Dales National Park.
