Though compact, it offers everything you need for a comfortable and stylish stay.The newly fitted kitchen features sleek quartz worktops, a high-quality Neff oven, and is fully equipped for home cooking. The spacious living area includes a cosy seating space and a dedicated dining area, perfect for intimate meals.
Upstairs, you'll find a generously sized double bedroom and a newly renovated bathroom, complete with both a separate bath and a walk-in shower for added comfort.
While Cavasson doesn’t have a private garden, it enjoys a sunny frontage with its own BBQ and bistro-style seating for two—an ideal spot to enjoy a leisurely breakfast or unwind with a drink after a day spent exploring, swimming, or playing tennis.

By Charlotte H on 18-May-2024We’ve just returned from a 5 day trip to Pitt Farm for the first time and have already booked to go back next year. We absolutely loved everything about Pitt Farm and had the best first holiday as a family of three. Our young baby had been accommodated for with a travel cot, changing mat and highchair all ready for use. The kitchen had everything we needed for our evening dinners in and was clean and new. The location was perfect and we felt there was so much we could’ve gone to do with just a short drive. We enjoyed a full day at the cottage enjoying the animals, peaceful walks, the swimming pool and garden space. Laura and Richard are fantastic hosts and made us feel so welcome. We can’t wait to return next year

By Lisa Y on 28-Oct-2023Pitt Farm is an excellent place. 20 of us in the Kimblewick & Pelham accommodation. Everything was well equipped and clean. Owners allow you to join them to feed the pigs, ducks, chickens and alpacas. Great time was had.

By Ra and JA on 04-Sep-2023For a three generation family holiday, Pitt Farm proved to be just exceptional. The facilities both in the cottage (Pelham) and elsewhare on the site were excellent, nothing seemed to have been overlooked. From 3 years to nearly 80 we all loved it.
