Set in a fantastic location, Dawdledown is just a short drive from Eastbourne, the Sussex Heritage Coast, and vibrant Brighton & Hove. A ground floor room with zip and link beds (king size or twin), a TV and an ensuite WC with sink

1 x King Bed
A ground floor room with a king size bed and a TV. It has use of the shower room just across the hall. Sleeps 2.

1 x Double Bed
This is in the annexe and has a double bed. The annexe has a shower room, kitchen and living room.

By Leese on 08-Aug-2025The house was amazing. We had a lovely week at Dawdledown and what made it extra special was the heated pool. The children spent most of the week in it as it made all the difference being heated.I will be looking to book this property again. Sleeps 12 have come up trumps yet again.

Beautifully decorated, and thought out property and gardens. There was nothing that hadn't been thought of and made available for our stay. Being personally greeted and shown around for check-in was a nice touch. Don't have anything negative to say about the property at all.

The main house is beautiful and had everything we needed for a family with an 18-month-old with us. As the grandparents we retreated to the annexe at night, equally as lovely. We didn’t have great weather, but we all enjoyed a swim in the pool which was gorgeously warm, followed by the hot tub. The garden here is amazing, we had table tennis tournaments and enjoyed feeding the fish, and our toddler had so much to explore with her adoring family in tow. Would very much love to return in the future. Thank you, Ivan and Sarah.
