Description
Marigold Cottage is the most gorgeous little property, with bags of character, just 30m from the beach in East Wittering.Guests will enter from the street via a small gated path straight into the cosiest little sitting room with wood burning stove, TV with Sky, two cosy sofas and the dining table. The separate and well equipped kitchen leads out onto the small decked garden with outdoor dining furniture. The bathroom with over bath shower is also on the ground floor.

Bedroom 1: King size bed (first floor)
Bedroom 2: Two single beds (first floor)
Upstairs are two bedrooms. The road facing room has a king-sized bed and the bedroom to the rear of the property has two single beds.
Marigold Cottage is located right in the heart of East Wittering village, close to the beach and all the shops and restaurants. The location really is perfect for a seaside getaway.
There is no parking outside the property between the beginning of April and end of September, but a parking space can be rented from a neighbour just around the corner for £20 per week.

By K Muller from Greenhithe on 30-Dec-2023Marigold Cottage was a delightful home for Christmas week and we had a festive welcome with a door wreath and decorated tree. The kitchen had everything we needed in it, the wood burner was easy to use and really made the cottage cosy and the cupboards were well equipped so we could keep the place clean and tidy. The garden was secure for the dog but we didnt go out to sit in it as the weather was rather wet and windy but with the beach so close, walks along the coast were the preferred way to spend time outside. The children loved time off their phones doing a couple of the puzzles that were in a lounge area cupboard and the dog enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. We highly recommend Doms, the pizza/pasta takeaway that was two doors down, the staff were super friendly and helpful and the food absolutely delicious! The village had some delightful shops including Candies the sweet shop, the grocers, bakers and butchers and the Co-op for those forgotten essentials. Booking Marigold Cottage was very easy, communication throughout was highly efficient and a link was sent to add a very user friendly app to our phone home screen so all information was just a tap away.

Cosy cottage

Excellent long weekend

Greatly enjoyed lying in bed listening to the sounds of the waves on the beach. Looking forward to a return visit.
Short break in a lovely cottage

Accidentally left our jackets behind Angela and Amanda were just excellent. They were sent out to us that day and we received them the following day...exceptional service.
