Description

Sherkin is a much loved family holiday rental, ideally positioned in the heart of East Wittering village, with the beach only 100m away.

Comprising of:

Bedroom 1: Double bed (first floor)
Bedroom 2: Double bed (first floor)
Bedroom 3: Twin beds, which are zip and link to a super king if required. 2 futon beds available if required for extra children (second floor)
Bedroom 4: Single bed (second floor)
Note: There is a very small fifth bedroom which is ideal for a travel cot or an extra futon can be made up in here making it another small single room if required
Sherkin has a traditional town house layout over three floors and is ideal for two families to share. There are two large double bedrooms on the first floor and a family bathroom with over-bath shower. The second floor / loft space has a twin room with zip and link beds that can be connected to make a superking if required and a small single room. There are two futons in the twin room, which can be made up for extra children if required. If you are travelling with infants there is a very small fifth bedroom which is ideal for a travel cot or an extra futon can be made up in here making it another small single room if required. There are two futon beds in total which can be made up in the room of your choice for extra children. There is a second shower room on the ground floor.

The ground floor houses the bright and contemporary open plan kitchen/dining/family room, with bi-fold doors opening onto the private east-facing garden. The garden has outdoor furniture on the decked area with a gas BBQ for guest use, as well as an outside seating area at the end of the garden to catch the last of the sun! Pets are welcome and will be safe in the secure rear garden. Please ensure you have cleared up after them upon departure and please ensure that they do not go upstairs or on any of the soft furnishings.

The sitting room area to the front of the house has plenty of seating, a TV and DVD player. Please note that the fireplace shown in the photos in not operational at present.

There is off street parking for a maximum of two small cars or one large one.
