- Max 4 dogs, no pets in the hot tub
- Shower before using hot tub
- Extra guests over 16 charged £70pp/night

We used the hot tub, table tennis, croquet set, board games, the tennis court and had a sing along using the karaoke machine. Spacious kitchen and living room with plenty of comfortable seating and plenty of bedrooms for our needs. Great for family group like ours.
