Wonderful stay at this villa with three large bedrooms downstairs, which works well keeping rooms cool. The master king-size has a large ensuite. The other bedrooms are spacious twins sharing a large bathroom with walk-in shower. Water pressure in the villa is very good. The beds are incredibly comfortable. Upstairs is huge with vaulted open-plan kitchen/living space. Plenty of kitchen cupboard space and kitchenware for self-catering. The appliances (hob/fridge freezer/washing machine/dishwasher) are in very good condition. There are two large sofas in the living area, plus TV and DVD. Plenty of fans helped to keep the rooms cool. The property also has external electric shutters and internal window blinds. The villa has fabulous views, nestled in vineyards within a small hamlet. The cooperative wine cave is a must, especially their pop-up restaurant during July/August (booking recommended). We travelled with three teenagers, and they LOVED the villa. The pool was a big hit with plenty of sun-loungers, etc, for outside living. Wi-Fi is available at the property (a big plus for us). Debbie and Peter are wonderful hosts, and a pleasure to deal with. We had a fabulous time. The weather was amazing (as was the local wine!).
We had an amazing stay here. It’s a beautiful villa which was equipped with everything you could need. Debbie was really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Lots to do in the area as long as you have a car.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. The location is so peaceful with beautiful views of the hills and surrounded by vineyards. The house is situated in a quiet village with plenty of interesting places to visit by car . We had fantastic weather during our stay and managed a wine tour , some lovely walks on the Corbieres trails and even a day on the beautiful beach at Leucate Plage. The house is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. We had such a relaxing time enjoying the local food and wine . Would definitely recommend this wonderful property and hope to return in the near future.
