Description
La Vignou is a charming three-bedroom and three bathroom Farmhouse retaining it's character, whilst offering contemporary and comfortable accommodation. It has versatile accommodation 2-6 persons and is set in 1/2 acre of gardens with lawned and paved areas. The master bedroom has lovely views over the local countryside and opens onto the terrace.We promise you a warm welcome at Le Vignou. We are on site to help with any problems or queries but only when you need it. We would like you to experience this lovely part of France which many of our guests/friends have returned to many times. There is so much to do and see in this charming area, but it’s also great just to relax - perhaps with a glass of something!

-Large double bedroom with comfortable bed with French doors onto terrace. ( south facing)
-Comfortable seating in Lounge and Dining room. Wood burning Stove.
-Fully fitted Kitchen and Utility Room with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, 4-burner hob, fan oven, Ninja twin air fryer, electric kettle and Dolce Gusto Coffee Maker.
-Large bathroom with toilet / bath and wet room shower.
-Further separate Shower Room/Toilet.
-Dressing Room/Single bedroom. This is not always available as a bedroom, please check when sending an enquiry and we will do our best to help.
First Floor-
-Large double bedroom with comfortable bed.

-Shower Room/Toilet.
-TV with satellite English Freesat channels + French free to air satellite channels, wi-fi internet access and DVD player.
-Large Garden and Terrace area with table and chairs, parasols and BBQ/Fire pit.
-Heated Swimming Pool with walk-in steps. ( Full swim under cover if weather requires.).

Cancellation policy :-. Holiday makers who cancel at least 60 days before check- in will get back 100% refunded. If you cancel after that point you will not get a refund, we assume you will have holiday insurance.
On departure the property must be left in the state it was found in, if not, a cleaning charge of £100 will apply.
All bed linens provided.( Apart from occasional use single bed)
We ask you to provide your own towels.

The pool is lovely and well maintained. Robert and Linda were amazing hosts, very helpful for us as it was our first time in France, so much so we have booked again ! Thank you so much both, look forward to seeing you next year xx
Lovely Gite with Private luxury heated swimming pool, Loire.
By Liesbeth on 12-Aug-2023House is equipped with every comfort. Quietly located, you need a car to do shopping. The indoor swimming pool is not super large and not deep but we certainly enjoyed it. Nice owners who live next to gite and provide good information about sights. Date of arrival 15/06/23

Le logement est accompagne d’un barbecue ,d’un salon de jardin et d’une piscine chauffeur. L’environnement est tres calme et propice au repos. Nous recommandons vivement cette location 16th April 2022
Lovely gite luxury pool Loire valley

The owners Robert and Linda were very welcoming, checking in to see how our day had gone for us.Also, knowledge of the area e.g. advise on best sites attractions to visit, of which there are many within driving distance of the house . Robert and Linda also allowed us to spend some time with their dogs , and as animal lovers this added to the enjoyment of our stay. We had a great holiday , thanks Robert and Linda.
