Description
Beaches View Is a ground floor apartment, located above the esplannade on one of the first roads to be developed in Exmouth. It is part of a villa that was built circa 1833 and is grade II listed. All amenities are within walking distance. The beach is about 70 meters away which also puts you directly onto the South West Coast Path. There are restaurants within 50 meters as well as cafes on the esplanade and pubs nearby. The town is a 5 minute walk away and the station approximately 10 minutes.Exmouth is a thriving sea-side town with a level, town centre. It has 2 miles of golden beaches which are child-friendly and covered by life-guard services for the main season. There is a small cinema, two theatres, a couple of sports centres with pools and Crealy adventure/theme park is a short drive away.
Bicycle hire is available in the town or near the bottom of the cycle path to Lympstone. This is part of a network of cycleways which continues all the way to Exeter. There is also a cycle lane along the esplannade.
Budleigh Salterton is a 10 minute drive away or a pleasant walk on the coast path which continues on to Sidmouth. There are water taxis and boat trips from Exmouth as well as the chance to learn a watersport (stand up paddleboarding, wind surfing, kite surfing, yachting, kayaking etc.) Plenty to keep the whole family amused.

Great for families
By Holly on 13-Apr-2024This is a great base to explore Exmouth sea front and town from. The view of the sea is lovely- we even saw the lifeboat on the water! Great for families as it's walking distance to bowling, restaurants, shops and beach!
What's not to love?
By Georgina on 25-Mar-2024Outstanding views. There were 3 of us (adults) and we found it very spacious. It was comfortable - big enough for everyone to sprawl out. Absolutely everything catered for. Books, dvds, cds. There was even a sewing kit. It was definitely home from home. A fully equipped kitchen. In all, a beautiful apartment, close to all amenities: cafes, bars, restaurants. The beach a stone's throw away. What's not to love? Definitely will go back.
