Description
The cottage is bright and spacious and consists of 2 large en-suite bedrooms, double and single bed in each. Has a well-equipped open plan kitchen, lounge and dinning room. The bedrooms & living area are all fully air-conditioned. There is an outdoor dinning area, BBQ and extensive grounds surrounded by mature oaks, with close proximity to walking tracks. The private swimming pool has a large terrace and is securely fenced for child safety. Ample parking available.Situated on the plain southwest of the village in a quiet rural environment but only 1.2km to the supermarket and from there it's about a 2min drive (or 10min walk) up to the village centre. In addition to the restaurants in the town centre there are two near the supermarket before the climb up to the village, and one fabulous restaurant only 400m away from the cottage. Also the best boulangerie is only 500m from here.

By Margaret and Norman Wellens on 31-Aug-2025On arrival very late at night or rather early morning our host Mark was there to meet us with a very warm welcome, a nice start to our holiday but it was next morning our holiday was travelled to us. The villa was exactly how it was described in the advertisement.perfect. A beautiful and most comfortable home for the next three weeks and outside a most acceptable pool. Short walk to the Boulangerie and a coffee with the village a 30 minute walk away.
Fantastic location and villa - will definitely return
By Peter Hobday on 02-Aug-2025The villa is in the quiet countryside just outside Fayrence but is only 15 minutes flat walk to an excellent boulangerie and a very short drive to a supermarket. So the location is a perfect combination of tranquil but convenient! The pool is very large so great for swimming and has good loungers for sunbathing. Both bedrooms are spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. There is a shady porch for reading and a large outside table under an excellent sun umbrella for dining. We saw red squirrels and heard an owl during our stay. The host, Mark, is originally from New Zealand and is very friendly and helpful - he even gave us some vegetables from the garden. There are plenty of nice villages in the area that are worth visiting and Nice airport is only 75 minutes drive away. Definitely worth staying in and we will return

By Paul Webb on 09-Jul-2022A truly beautiful setting with friendly helpful hosts in an absolute gorgeous area. Fayence and Seillans are stunning villages. Fayence is within walking distance(we walked their every day) and Seillans just a short drive away. You will not regret choosing this place for your holiday

The cottage was clean and comfortable and well equipped for a family of 5! (and the dog)! The owners were at hand if we needed anything and the pool was kept clean for our use. The pool was definitely the highlight of our stay, it was perfect. The kids had so much fun swimming everyday and the parents enjoyed relaxing round the pool! We will definitely recommend this property to our friends and relatives and probably even go back ourselves. Recommended for: Families with Young Children, Pet-friendly, Age 55+, Romantic Getaway.
