PLEASE ASK FOR DETAILS.Attractive detached villa with private swimming pool and an excellent bedroom breakdown, located in the large child friendly “Domaine de Fayence”, in the perched medieval village of Fayence.
The villa whilst privately owned has access to the exclusive Domaine which offers a wide range of facilities including tennis courts and a restaurant with terrace serving breakfast only. The Domaine has lots to offer with a Spa, hydro-therapy circuit, aqua-gym and beauty treatments. (No access to the domain’s pool). Bookable at reception and payable locally. Also on site: tennis courts, sports grounds and “petanque” area. The Domaine offers a relaxing atmosphere and tranquility. An ideal spot for families of all ages during all seasons!
Fayence is a great base for exploring the area as it is within easy reach of the towns, villages and beaches of the Cote d’Azur with Frejus, Saint-Raphael and Cannes all within 45min drive. The Fayence Gliding Centre, considered by many to be one of the best in Europe is close by.
ACCOMMODATION
Living area:
Living room with TV (main French channels, a couple of English speaking channels (not English news or Sky) and a few German channels), 2 sofas and a fireplace. Dining area next to the kitchen. French doors off the dining area lead to a covered terrace.
KITCHEN:
Simply fitted kitchen with dishwasher, American fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. Utility room with washing machine and dryer.
BEDROOMS:
All bedrooms are on the 1st floor.
Master Bedroom 1: Bedroom with King size bed (180cm x 200cm) and en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: Bedroom with Queen size bed (160cm x 200cm) and en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 3: bedroom with twin beds.
Bedroom 4: Bedroom with bunk beds.
BATHROOMS:
Ground floor: Separate wc.
First floor: En suite bathroom to Master Bedroom 1 with bath, shower and wc and en suite bathroom to Bedroom 2 with bath and wc.

EXTERIOR:
Naturally fenced garden with bushes and flowers (800m2), not fully fenced. Well maintained garden with lavender, rosemary and oleander and offers enough privacy.
Covered terrace with outdoor furniture. Ideal to enjoy a very pleasant outside breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Sun loungers. Built-in barbecue. Parking spaces.
PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL:
Pool size: 10m x 5m. Depth: 1.2m throughout. Security system: electric cover. Steps. Outside shower.
Changeover day: Saturday. In low season non-Saturday arrivals/departures may be considered. Please ask for details.
INCLUDED IN THE RENT:

Seillans and Callian (6km and 9km): Local medieval villages within 15-20min drive with narrow winding streets and both with their own castles.
Lac de St Cassien (14km): A superb lake ideal for water sports lovers including windsurfing, fishing and also great for walking and horse riding in the Leisure Park.
Gorges du Verdon (54km): The unique and spectacular Gorges du Verdon with its lakes, Sainte Croix being the best known. Other lakes include the lake of Esparron, a superb lake considered by many as the Perle du Verdon. This is a stunning lake of clear, aqua-marine water for amazing swims and a great place to have picnics by. Lots of water sports available from sailing, windsurfing but also pedalos (including pedalos with slides, a great hit with children!) to the self-drive electric boats or the guided tour of the lake in a tourist boat. Other lakes include the lake of Quinson, the lake of Artignosc and the lake of Castillon also with water sport and various activities such as hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, kayaking, abseiling and white water rafting, or simply enjoy the outstanding scenery.
Grasse (30km): Renowned worldwide for its perfumeries.
Frejus and Saint-Raphael (32km): Frejus is an ancient military port and Roman city with a rich historical and architectural heritage. You will find some superb Roman remains including a Roman theatre still used for various summer events and one of the largest amphitheatres from Gallic times.
Cannes (40km): One of the unmissable jewel of the Cote d’Azur with sandy beaches and large promenade La Croisette, chic boutiques, classy restaurants, bars, shops and numerous festivals throughout the year, including of course the Cannes Film Festival in May each year.

The covered terrace was used extensively and was the gathering point throughout the day. The garden was beautiful and so was the pool! The outdoor shower and toilet next to the pool were brilliant! The grill was also a big hit and was used daily. Great value for money and highly recommended!
