Description
Bay Tree Cottage is on Sunrise Drive, close to the archery and other amenities. There is no other property like this at The Bay, and it has been specially designed to accommodate up to 9 people (9 on request, 8 if booking online) and is very versatile so ideal for adult groups or families with young children.Enter through the front door into the spacious hallway with cloakroom.
To the left is a kingsize bedroom with TV, storage and ensuite shower room. Across the hallway is the open plan living space perfect for family time. There's a large leather corner sofa set and wall-mounted TV with netflix. The dining table can comfortably seat 10 people, and there's a galley kitchen too with appliances*. Two sets of bifold doors make this space light and airy.
Upstairs there is a large landing with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom off.
The main bedroom is a double with TV, storage and ensuite shower room. There is a further kingsize bedroom. The fourth bedroom has a single bed and bunk beds. There is a good sized family bathroom with bath and shower over.
There’s a parking space with EV charger, and other spaces nearby for further vehicles. Please note the parking bay sleepers can be uneven and slippery when wet.
For the EV charger, simply download the app on arrival, and charge whenever you wish (charges apply).
* Please note the following regarding the kitchen - there is an undercounter fridge with small ice box so cool space is limited. The dishwasher is a slimline model. There is a washing machine, microwave, oven, hob and wine cooler. Preparation space is limited.
* At present we are limiting guest numbers to 8 (max 6 adults) based on feedback about living room / kitchen space.

By Guest from Rotherham on 31-Oct-2025Great house in a great location on the site. House is equipped with lots of essentials in the kitchen nothing has been missed. Bedrooms are a great size and the bonus of en-suites is great too. Loved the rain shower in the main bathroom. Paula constantly stayed in touched sharing pre arrival information and day of departure information too. We needed assistance whilst in the house and this was dealt with swiftly. Would certainly return.
Lovely property by the sea

We stayed with 2 couples each with 2 kids; the third king room the beds split into a twin so that it’s 2 kings, 1 twin/king, 1 triple with the bunk beds. Everything clean and good condition. Decent sharp knives which is rare! Location is excellent by the sea and good pool / sauna / steam facilities around the corner on site included. The EV charger is on the driveway which saved a lot of hassle finding charging, as there aren’t many other EV chargers nearby. Good internet. Would stay again.

By Frederick on 01-Sep-2024A very roomy property, just what you need for 8 family members. The location is perfect, very near to swimming pool and other amenities. Second time we have stayed here and the addition of a wine fridge is great because the main fridge is only really big enough for food and a few beers. A very enjoyable stay.
