Description
Sand Dollar Beach House is situated on Blue Anchor Road, close to the beach, tennis court, playground and village centre. Perfect for a quiet break away from it all, with a deck and boules court to the front and parking bay for 2 cars at the rear.
Enter through the side door into the hallway with coat storage. To your left are the master bedroom with kingsize bed and new ensuite shower room, and the second bedroom with bunk beds ideal for children. There is also another new shower room with jack-and-jill doors.
To the right is the open-plan kitchen / dining / lounge space with new sofa and armchair, with bifold doors to the deck with outdoor seating for 4, ideal for alfresco dining or sitting out whilst the children play outside on the boules court.
We leave a few games for our guests to use.
There is a smart TV in the living room and further TVs in both bedrooms.
The log burner makes this beach house warm and cosy for breaks all year round.
Parking for 2 cars side by side behind the house too.
Please note the driveway/path sleepers can be uneven and slippery when wet and therefore this property may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.
The front deck has a low wire fence ideal for containing small dogs. 2 small dogs are welcome at Sand Dollar.

By Peter on 03-Sep-2024My family were able to get three properties all close together for a week in August. Everyone had plenty of space and it was easy to gather together for family meals and. The mums, dads and children walked down to the beach every day. The nearby play park was enjoyed by everyone aswell as the leisure centre for swimming. There were interesting places not too far away in Bridlington and Filey. Everything worked very well. The accommodation was excellent. Everything one could need including kites, toys and beach things. Kitchen very well equipped. Bathrooms were ideal. Beds most comfortable. The site is generally quiet, very tidy and of a high standard. The host Paula was most helpful in finding us the right grouping of properties and her communications with us were most friendly and efficient. This was a perfect and most memorable family holiday. Thank you Paula. Thank you Filey Bay!
New Years break
By Amanda on 13-Jan-2025We’ve stayed at The Bay many of times but this was our first time in The Sand Dollar but won’t be our last. Great quiet location (if getting deliveries - food/takeaway etc leave a note to state it is not the beach house next to 16 but round the corner, out Asda delivery went to wrong one) “Proper” couch that was comfy, a priority for my partner apparently. Kids loved the bunk beds.
A few days chilled
By Robert on 28-Jul-2024A very relaxing property in a good location, second bedroom Ideal for children which we don't have so used it as my dressing room.Dog friendly, plenty of cooking utensils for self catering . Loved the pink flamingos.
