Leave ReviewWonderful stay Dalendrien
By Allison Wines on 22-Jun-2025We stayed at Dalendrien to celebrate a 50th birthday, and wow – what an incredible place! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed. The champagne and birthday card were such thoughtful touches and set the tone for a truly special stay. The house itself is amazing – beautifully kept with fantastic attention to detail, and those views! Every window offered a stunning panorama, making wildlife watching an absolute joy. We were treated to nightly visits from a pine marten, three majestic stags in the garden, numerous deer, and even a barn owl flying overhead. We also spotted an otter in the loch and were lucky enough to see a white-tailed eagle soaring above it – unforgettable! It was the perfect break in every way. Peaceful, scenic, and full of wildlife – we didn’t want to leave. A huge thank you to Nicki for making our stay so memorable. We’ll definitely be back!
Soul Recharging Paradise
By Ryan Jones on 30-Dec-2024We had the absolute privilege of staying at Dalendrien, and it’s safe to say it was an experience we’ll cherish forever. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this property is not just a holiday home but a labour of love. Nestled in the heart of God’s land, Dalendrien offers a perfect sanctuary for anyone seeking peace, beauty, and a connection to nature that’s truly unparalleled.Every detail of the property has been carefully considered, from the immaculate cleanliness to the breathtaking views that greet you at every window. The warmth and care in the design and upkeep reflect a level of methodical attention that is simply remarkable. As a family, we found everything we could possibly need to make our stay comfortable, from the well-stocked kitchen to the cosy living spaces that made every evening feel like a dream. The surrounding area is nothing short of divine – a testament to the grandeur of nature and the wonder of Scotland’s wild beauty. Whether it was exploring the rugged landscapes or simply sitting back and soaking in the serene views, we felt deeply connected to the soul of this place. To Nicki: thank you for sharing this gem with us and for your unwavering dedication to creating a haven that is both welcoming and awe-inspiring. Your attention to detail is second to none, and it made all the difference in turning a lovely stay into an unforgettable one. We left with full hearts and a longing to return.
Perfect location for our honeymoon
By Emma and Brad Jones on 19-Apr-2024We cannot express our wonder at such a beautiful house with the most awesome views. The perfect location for our honeymoon with the blessing of such fabuilous weather. Still a little snow on the top of Ben Nevis. We took slow walks along the beach and took a trip to Skye and Mull. Tobermory did not disappoint. We are both very sad to leave but we now are off to Fort William for an overnight stay before we take a ride on the Jacobite, again another little miracle, as it has allowed to run again just last week. Then back home on the Sleeper train with amazing memories and photographs. Thank you for the kind gifts for our wedding and honeymoon celebration.
