Description
This lovely villa house has wonderful views across the harbour below and is a lovely spot to sit and watch the continual activity on the water.We offer short breaks of 3, 4, 5 and 6 nights outside of peak season and from September to May, Fimbarr's Reach has a low occupancy discount for groups of up to 4 people, please enquire.
Fimbarr's Reach is well-laid out with a spacious, lower ground floor kitchen/pantry and dining room with a separate utility area and WC. On the ground floor is a generous living room and hall leading to the first floor with two bedrooms and shower room and a further two bedrooms and shower room on the second floor. Rear facing rooms have fantastic views of the river.
There’s an appealing decked courtyard at the rear which catches the sun through the day and is a great place to sit out and read a book. Fimbarr’s Reach is perfect for either a small group or families. Parking is available just a few steps away in the main Fowey car park.

By Mary F on 16-Oct-2025We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Fimbarr’s Reach in Fowey. The house was just to our taste, the town only a walk away and Readymoney Beach also. The sun shone for the whole 7 days, the sea beckoned and the restaurants did us proud. The beds were very comfortable and we spent each evening with a sundowner, sitting in the armchairs overlooking the water, the kitchen was well equipped and so we were more than happy and at home. The TV didn’t get turned on once! As people with bad backs, the only thing that would benefit us would be to have firmer couches in the lounge.

By Anthony K on 08-Sep-2025We have just spent the most fantastic week in Fowey celebrating our Silver Wedding anniversary and stayed at Fimbarr's Reach. What a wonderful home perfectly situated in the heart of Fowey with easy access to the beach's, town centre and pubs. The bedrooms are all wonderful with comfy beds tasteful decor, lovely bed linen and towels. The kitchen dining area was the main gathering point of the house during our stay and is a fantastic space with loads of room for cooking and dining. Many thanks to Nicola for allowing us to stay at her beautiful home we will be back x

It’s set on 4 floors modern but contemporary very clean well equipped conveniently located and we will definitely return.

A fantastic property with lots of space
By HG on 29-Nov-2024A fantastic property with lots of space over several floors. Nichola and Patrick were the perfect hosts and there was a lovely welcome treat waiting for us on our arrival. The house is decorated beautifully with four large double bedrooms and plenty of space for our two families and a dog. The kitchen takes up the entire lower ground floor and the back of the house enjoys views across Fowey. The location was perfect for us - a short walk up to the main car park and an easy stroll down into the town centre. The walk back is steep but it’s not too far given the property’s central location. We would definitely stay again!
