IDYLLIC AND PEACEFUL LOCATION
Las Mothes is located in La Lomagne, South West France in a secluded and private location but only 50 minutes to Toulouse airport. Beaumont de Lomagne, a medieval market town is less than 10 minutes away.
Use it as a base to explore charming neighbouring villages, outings to local vineyards, for nature walks, cycle rides, visiting the nearby family leisure parks or simply for privacy and tranquillity.
LOTS OF OUTDOOR SPACE WITH PRIVATE POOL
The farmhouse is surrounded by 1.5 hectares of garden scented by honeysuckle, lavender and rosemary and is dotted with mature walnut, fig and olive trees. The property looks onto fields of sunflowers and wheat.
SPACIOUS , CHARACTERFUL INTERIOR
Las Mothes is a typical Lomagne style farmhouse. It was built in the 1800s out of clay bricks and timber and has been carefully renovated for modern country living. Beneath a terracotta tiled roof you will find well appointed, light spacious rooms, high ceilings and exposed beams. It has approximately 247 sq m (2,659 sq ft) of internal space which makes the farmhouse perfect for gatherings of family or friends.
FOUR BEDROOMS THREE BATHROOMS
We have four double bedrooms. The upstairs master bedroom has air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The downstairs bedrooms can be kept cool with the shutters and fans. A cot is available on request. The large family bathroom is located next to the downstairs bedrooms with a further shower room next to the utility room.
LIVING ROOM AND SEPARATE FAMILY ROOM
The house has a 42 sq m (452 sq ft) living room with a wood burning stove for cosy evenings inside and a separate 23 sq m (248 sq ft) family room with Netflicks TV, DVD player, DVD library, books and board games.
SOCIABLE DINING ALL YEAR ROUND
Las Mothes is set up for convivial dining. It has a large, 22 sq m (237 sq ft) well equipped kitchen that is a joy to use and an adjoining 18 sqm (194 sqft) dining room for in the winter months.
For sunny days, it has terraces on three sides of the property. You can wake up to coffee and a croissant on the south facing terrace, have lunch under the shade of the vines outside the kitchen, and sip sun downers as the sun sets on the pool terrace.
RELAX
Las Mothes is managed by an English and French speaking neighbour who will settle you in to your home from home on arrival and be on hand if you need anything throughout your stay.

We offer check in and check out without any person to person contact. Please let us know if that is something you would like.
The property is cleaned thoroughly after each set of guests using environmentally friendly cleaning products.
Linens and towels are washed at no less than 60°C every 7 days.
We leave 24 hours between each check in.
Complimentary cleaning supplies and equipment are provided to you.
PCR and Antigen tests are available in Beaumont de Lomagne.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancel at least 30 days before check in for 100% refund of the Rental Deposit paid.
If you cancel less than 30 days before check in, we will refund 50% of the total cost of your stay.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
