Description
Le Clos de l'Oliveraie offers one or two bedded 65m2 apartments with access to a shared salt water pool & 1900m2 garden.All apartments are air-conditioned & fully equipped. Each apartment has it's own private terrace or balcony. The apartments are set in a calm environment just a 5 minute drive away from the beautiful provencal town of Uzès and the Pont du Gard.
Appartement n°2 is on the ground floor with a private terrace. It has 2 double bedrooms, an open living space with lounge, dining area & kitchen and a bathroom with walk-in shower, basin, hair dryer & separate Wc. An iron & ironing board are provided. All bed sheets & towels are provided. Pool towels are not provided. One bedroom has a safety deposit box.
The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven, induction hob, fridge freezer, expresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster....
The lounge has a Smart TV & Wifi connection.
The private terrace has a dining table & chairs , sun lounger & a pergola for shade.
The pool is salt water & is surrounded by a wooden terrace with parasols & sun loungers.
A private car park with gate & security cameras is available.

Among these, the visit to the Duchy of Uzès and the Eure valley, the Gardon Gorges and its crystal clear waters ideal for bathing & kayaking down to the The Pont du Gard, a famous aqueduct and splendor of Roman architecture, the Cévennes mountains and the Mont Bouquet, a rocky peak dominating the region, the towns of Nîmes and Arles and their Roman remains, Avignon and its palace, the Sautadet waterfalls, remarkable limestone waterfalls, the Haribo sweet museum and the Languedoc coast (1 hours drive away) with the fortified town of Aigues Mortes and many surrounding sandy beaches..... and many other sites to visit without fail! Tennis courts, several a golf courses and other activities such as horse riding, rock climbing, kayaking are available nearby.
Access is easy as Montpellier and Marseille airports just 90 minutes drive away and Nîmes airport is just 45 minutes from the house. There is also easy access from Avignon or Nîmes train stations with car hire available.

Serene retreat
By Robin Bradley on 20-Aug-2024Serene retreat, 5 minutes from Uzes, with olives and beautiful garden. The pool area is charming as is the garden view from the balcony. Apartment is well equipped, bed super comfy, nice big shower (a rarity in the region!) -- all the amenities of home provided. Everything has been done with thought and design for guests. Janice and Jean-Luc are always prompt and complete with their communications. We have stayed in other of their apartments (all very nice), this is our favorite. We look forward to future visits -- they have created a lovely space, a real find in the area. Sagries has easy access to walking trails and Pond Du Gard and other beautiful sights in the region.
Exceptional

The location of this hidden gem is simply wonderful. The holiday apartment is located on the edge of a beautiful picturesque village, on a hill, in the heart of a splendid and peaceful nature.
We would have liked to have stayed longer !

It is furnished in a modern way. The kitchen is very well equipped. The bathroom is very spacious. Parking spaces are directly in front of the house. The terrace is large and well furnished. The outdoor facilities with swimming pool are very pleasant. The hosts are very friendly and welcomed and greeted us personally.
