Description
Our house is a delightfully spacious restored Provencal farmhouse which has been tastefully modernised but still retains many original features.
It is situated in a small hamlet just off the D8, in the commune of Gigondas, we have a secluded and gated walled garden and a beautiful heated salt water swimming pool measuring 10x5 metres which has been fully tiled in 2019 and can be illuminated at night. It is nestled in the heart of Gigondas vineyards with views over the vines and is an ideal location for walking, cycling, wine tasting, or just relaxing. There are several wine festivals especially in July and August including Violes, our closest village, Vacqueyras, Cairanne and Rasteau to name but a few, and only 20 minutes from Chateauneuf-du-Pape.
