Many relaxing holidays

By Alan on 21-Aug-2019

What a relaxing vacation! Surrounded by vineyards, pool at your doorstep, and the sound of cicadas. The house is set up perfectly for a family vacation or a group of good friends. I especially loved sitting at the outdoor table by the barbecue having dinner and playing games while also being able to chat with people in the pool. Nicky and Steve are excellent hosts, they even brought us fresh figs when they checked in to see if everything was ok. I have to say, staying in La Beaumette is so relaxing. Mornings were spent swimming, afternoons driving or cycling to taste wine at the many Domains in the surrounding area, and evenings by the barbecue having a great local rose.

A lovely week at La Baumette

By Colin Jenkins on 06-Jul-2019

We planned for a relaxing week with as an adult family amongst the vineyards and in the July sun of southern France. And we got exactly that and more. Our hosts were so welcoming and made our stay easily as enjoyable if not way more than any other vacation with a property rental.

The beautiful stone mas is set amongst the vines in a lovely friendly hamlet and is very well appointed and has clearly been a family home for many years. It lacks for nothing. The newly refurbished pool was delightful as was the set up for al fresco dining (and barbecues).

If you don’t like this beautiful part of Vaucluse or having a relaxing week in sunny France amongst the vines - this is not the property for you! That leaves it for those who do!

So good we keep coming back.

By Peter And Jan on 11-May-2019

La Beaumette is a small friendly hamlet situated off the main road and surrounded by acres of vines.
The house itself has a lot of character and easily accommodates up to 8 people. Downstairs there is a large well fitted kitchen with a big dining table and the 2 sitting rooms provide sizeable additional areas. The upstairs is very roomy. All the bedrooms are of a good size particularly the main one and the decor is vey pleasant.
Outside is a compact enclosed garden offering total privacy. The garden is very well tended. There is a lovely large heated swimming pool, a barbecue and eating area..
The location offers excellent opportunities for walking and cycling, bikes are easy to hire. There are so many vineyards to visit and Mount Ventoux is nearby.
Eating out is a joy, the choice is great and in Cairanne you can get a three course meal for 19 euros per head.
We are returning for our 4th year, we love everything this house offers and have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending it.
